these would be great at a party. give people their own color and tell them to keep their drink on their color. That way nobody gets mixed up and drinks from someone else's glass. Children would like having their favorite colors too. When I was young, I had a set of dishes that were different color pastels. I liked them a lot. I would mix and match them for unique looks. These are a fun set.

So pretty! Another idea is use plain round ones, find something that looks like seeds, and make sets of fruit slices.

Each person could have their own color to set their drinks on, so they dont get mixed up.

I love how transparent these coasters are. They look really great! The 'rainbow' one...well, it was interesting. Certainly informative to see what happened when you put them all together. I really do love all the others though. I don't think the ink covering the gold is a problem though. Sometimes that stuff is exposed, other times it's a bit buried by the stone. It'll be different all the time.

I love these costers they are my favourite. Just want you to know that I have never fast forward any of your videos. It seems to relax me even when it is you mixing the paints. That's uncanny. I was going to comment you about how I used Indian Inks in resin yesterday. Fantastic. If you do use them. Mind the violet. It's VERY deep in colour. It dominated the coaster. I'm going to use my alcohol inks later. Thanks Julie. You're a star. ;)

Hi Julie!! 👋👩‍🦳️👋 I seem to be using the same words all the time, and mean them each and every time!! These are absolutely beautiful!! Inspired or original, you did an outstanding resin rainbow set of coasters! 🧡💛💚💙💜❤️️❤️️ *I've been hoping for so long that you would do a set of just alcohol ink coasters. I can see now that adding some tint, mainly to the yellow, would be a good follow-up if you choose to do another similar set. The only reason I say the yellow is because of how strong the colors are on the other coasters, the yellow has ended up looking very pale in contrast. *I also wonder how it would look if you first made up a small amount of each which would be very highly pigmented and poured an outer ring. Then added more resin in the cup to make a more transparent mix to fill in the rest, before continuing on as you did with the gold. *Or, instead of the gold, add some of the clear(or is it white?) sparkle to some highly pigmented resin, and use silver instead of the gold paint around the outside. *I hope you don't mind me telling you about the ideas that pop into my head after watching your videos. I don't do resin myself, but I find that you are very inspirational and I just want to share them with you. Hello Julie. The gold reminds me of an island in the middle with small islands around it. My favorite colors are indigo purple and the blue, also the rainbow one. I doike the yellow it reminds me of sunshine. They are all very nice. I like them. They are beautiful out in the sunlight.

Lovely! That indigo is spot on! When doing an acrylic rainbow pour I struggled to find a good indigo, and found a lovely one in the Lukas Cryl line! I even liked your rainbow one, I'd include it in the set for an even 8!

They came out very pretty...I was thinking, you have three empty molds, just use the resin and see what you create! They are so pretty! Good job! I want to start using resin very soon! Very pretty. I was hoping you weren't going to put all those colors in one to make it muddy. But to my surprise not to bad! I was hoping you were going to make a couple two tone Oh well. I found a ladies craft Channel and she does quite a bit of resin and she did this beautiful coaster ornament and everything stayed right where it was supposed to because she waited in between each layer till the resin was tacky each time so all her glitter stayed where they're supposed to. 1st thin layer nothing but resin waited till tacky. her picture she even did a rim of glitter it stayed exactly where it was supposed to. She purpously placed more glitter. In total she had about 5 different kinds and sizes of glitter and shimmer and the pic that was double-sided So ornament was reversible beautiful on both sides and that was the trick she did about 4 thin layers.+ top layer to seal all in. Hope this helps because you're always saying you're still learning but those are very pretty thanks for sharing

I would love to see you create another set of these but with 3 colors per coaster; red, orange yellow, then orange yellow green, then yellow green blue, etc etc until you have analogous colors in each one. That way there will not be too many colors too overwhelm the rest. Did you make or buy your molds?
