I live in Canada (Québec) and French is my mains language and I learn English as a second language

My sisters were exempt from French but I wasn't. I barely passed anyways lol

I go to a Ontario school, and French is definitely required, even kindergarteners get French class!

As someone who goes to school in Ontario I hate this law.

There are french classes in the U.S. aswell i wish i couldv took a french class but i only did spanish

I’ve heard people referred to as Blasian in NYC a lot

I'd only heard it once or twice before Turning Red and didn't know what black-Asian people thought of it, so I never dared use it to describe them. But if they're cool with it, I guess I can use it.

I have been using the term blasian for years.

Nope! The decision not to have a theatrical release was before the Russian/Ukrainian war. The Disney studio claims it was Omicron but some RU-vidrs believe they're just making up excuses, especially since they felt sure Omicron cases would calm by March. Some people on Facebook mentioned that Disney is constantly wanting Pixar to make content for Disney+ and when Luca was moved exclusively to Disney+, one said they thinks it's simply because Disney wants to build up their streaming service. One came up with the idea that Disney might wanna destroy Netflix. I've come to the assumption that pulling Turning Red from theaters has something to do with Encanto being a box office flop but a phenomenon on Disney+. Also, Disney CEO Bob Chapeck has decided to make streaming Disney's main priority (even before the pandemic happened). They talked about continuing to let the adult movies like the Marvel movies go exclusively to theaters while the kids and family movies go straight to Disney+. However that doesn't mean they're ruling out bringing kids and family movies (other than sequels, remakes, and spinoffs) back to theaters because the RU-vidr mentioned that CEOs can make mistakes. If enough people don't agree with something, they'll change.

@@matthewweatherford6566 this is why Disney is gonna lose money this way but still make up for it. They will make less money for theatrical releases and dvds but Disney+ balances it out seeing there is no point in buying the dvd when you have the streaming service

Thank you, I was going to post this comment. The Calgary Tower does lighting for events as well, especially the Stampede, but they never say it's a different tower. Must be confusing, because that needle is a lot shorter, so people might start thinking the CN Tower can just adjust its top at will lol

My hate isn't towards the movie itself but rather Disney's release strategy.
