Just don't whine about it because it's one of the best thing EU is doing. :) Less fuel, less polution... It would be much better if they switched to Biofuel or just LPG as bridge between petrol and electricity.

Maybe toughest ride for a passenger in car history. Breathing that exhaust probably took a couple years off her life. And to add to that, no mudguards in the rain means she’s getting a lot of spray off those tyres.

It's funny that you consider electric vehicles some kind of modern invention, yet to be perfected. 120 years ago electric cars outsold gasoline ones on the US market.
@philterry3293
@philterry3293 5 лет назад
@@ErnestHemingwayJr I am well aware of the electric cars history. But development stopped a century ago. The fact an electric car can overcome over a century of combustion tech, breaking a 20 year record, with little more than ten years development, shows just how much potential EV's have.
@habdman
@habdman 5 лет назад
Electric did worse, the motors were actually quite great (better than ICE I'd say) but the batteries is what killed them, they were too big for the small amount of power they could deliver. That's mainly why people stick to ICE
