Ahhhh... but I know what you are thinking, if he doesn't have a helmet on, his identity will be revealed. Thankfully, for just £275, you can fit privacy on the windscreen to make sure no one sees your identity at all :-)

In Finland, some guys drove a 50cc car inside a mall. When someone called the police, they just said that the rules of the mall didn't say that you couldn't drive a car in there. And they were right. If I remember correctly, they didn't get any tickets or anything like that.
