This should have happened to us from the get go when a lot of us reached 10K subscribers, in my opinion. Them giving them out to those that reached it.

I wonder what percentage of channels with over 10k subs are machining channels. I'm willing to bet it's very small. Anybody can do it with animal or make up videos. You did it by creating interesting original content in a niche area. Congrats!

You are totally right, you should now and then pause for a moment and appreciate what you have accomplished. It's really easy to ignore and look at the next, higher goal you've set. The goal/milestone just achieved is always less impressive and looks insignificant compared to that new goal. Again, congratulations!
