I order mine from taobao.com :) these large ribbon types have to be custom ordered though! They are usually available as rope type dragons.

You can buy it on taobao.com (cheaper but it's a Chinese language platform) or on AliExpress which can be twice the price or more depending on the seller. I have helped a few people purchase from Taobao :)
