This technique of "Yoga of dreams" or "Yogic sleep" is a deep and guided relaxation, carried out in a lying position which acts on the physical, mental and psychic levels. This special beginner Yoga Nidra is to familiarize yourself with the practice, or simply to do a short Yoga Nidra. It allows you to let go and helps falling asleep for a nap or for the night. It can also simply allow a little break in your day.
Yoga Nidra covers the whole series of brain waves (delta, theta, alpha and beta) by acting on our subtle envelopes. It allows to control the states of sleep and to gradually access the subconscious, whose influence is usually exerted without our knowledge.
The practice makes it possible to explore the unconscious and thus to know oneself better in order to be able to redirect the forces of one's deep personality.
