🙏👌👊 When you can get away with the 10p techniques at a 10p trials.. they’re ready 😎👌🔥 Been trying to win one of these 10p trials for awhile, as 135 is a really hard cut for me.. glad to have taken this one. Wasn’t expecting to play RG, it just fell in. If anyone would like to learn more from me, you can follow my channel 🙏.
Lol hindulotine instructions at the end was so funny Bens one of the greatest 10thP players ever and Eddy didn’t know his tech I really expected such a high percentage move would be well known by 10th. So surprised to watch all these heads years later asking about it. The grip mechanism is really incredible.
No, They're mainly brown belts and black belts. sometimes the attacker is just great at taking advantage or setting their opponent up to make a mistake. Jiu jitsu is also pretty vast so some people have not developed aspect of the game.
Love Jiu Jitsu, I have been wanting to start for some time now but im kinda scared to go to a class, im 28 in the UK but my cardio is awful, im slender but i am not fit at all. I feel asif i go now i will just give up, i think i need to work on my cardio and atleast start working out lightly before i start. Or is it okay to try it out of shape and will the Jiu jitsu training actually get me in shape? advice welcome.
That’s where we all start brother.. it’s not about being the best, it’s about being apart of something.. it’s a great community and exercise.. you have all this room for growth.. and friends to add.. and a whole worldwide community to be apart of 👌. It’s good for you on so many aspects. It’s not about winning, it’s about gaining friends, experience, movement, health.. so much to gain 👌
Find yourself a gym and start training, it will be physically challenging starting a sport totally 'cold' but that's what you want to start for right? To be physically challenged? - You'll find that training something that is as satisfying as Jiu Jitsu will inspire you to make positive fitness and health decisions off the mat too! :D I'm rooting for you, bro!
Start it up buddy, When I first started I was smoking lots of blunts I thought..my cardio was decent. Until I had to do some rolling lol. Your cardio will get better with time and before you know it you'll be powering through back to back five minute round rolls. Just get in there.
Lmao, trust me, man. I started massively overweight, cardio was basically nonexistent, and only 7 or so months in my cardio is decent, I have slimmed down noticeably, and I lost 15 or so pounds. Jiujitsu won't get you shredded with a six-pack in a couple of weeks. But it will most definitely get you in shape and build muscle. I was so scared of training while not in shape that I actually quit at one point of embarrassment for a couple months. I realized that I was being stupid and on my first day back I fell in love with it again. Now I do it literally every minute of the day that I can haha. Just do it and keep consistent. My real favorite things are the friends that I have made and the incredible camaraderie that jiujitsu holds. Hope this helped you in any way possible, good luck brother.
