Honestly I haven’t seen anyone else do this the way I did but the main reason why I didn’t mind cutting that little plate area was bcus it’s just little thin sheet of metal that doesn’t have anything to do with the chassis itself. It doesn’t make a difference if you cut it. I tried my best to cut it clean but with the tool I was using at the time it was very difficult to make it nice and round. I also wasn’t scared of voiding any type of warranty bcuz idk how cutting that plate would lead to any other damage lol you’ll be fine as long as you’re not cutting into the frame

True. It’s not part of the frame or chassis. Feeling more confident about it! Thanks! I may use a 2.5 or 3” metal cutting hole saw. I’m not doing the GReddy like you did - just need pipe to fit through that plate to a an exhaust tip.

Tbh I never connected it man I honestly don’t like it too much and after reading reviews, not a lot of ppl like them bcuz they go out in less than a month so I didn’t want to waste time and connect them if they were gonna stop working. I’m thinking about just wrapping the red light black or putting reflective tape or something

I never wired it. The reviews on the light says they suck and go out within weeks. I think I mention it in the video

They were a little difficult man but you just gotta really hold it up and pull it together. Fitment is not going to be the best and you’ll have little gaps on the corners but I mean I don’t mind it as much

The diffuser is from EBay I don’t have a link bcuz they are constantly up from different sellers but if you just google 10th gen civic diffuser you’ll get a lot of similar diffusers. Some with the brake light some without it, some in carbon some in black. There’s a wide variety. They aren’t all the same price but they are all around the $45-$60 range.
