10th Planet Jiu Jitsu warmup system developed by Eddie Bravo to create a unified curriculum across all 10p gyms. Each subset of movements are practiced in whole for 3 minutes each.
For students at 10pHQ, knowing the warmups is required to attend Eddie Bravo's advanced classes. Beginners of the system focus purely learning the first step in the series, often equating to passing the guard.
