Hey guys, in this video we show you the problem that we were having with our Dodge were getting a misfire on cylinder 4 and it turns out that the rocker arm was seized and in turn it worn out the camshaft on the driver' side so we had to take the entire thing. Apart In order for us to diagnose the problem and get down to the bottom of it, we had to remove the front end. We had to remove the bumper, the radiator the water pump and a couple belt driven accessories, including the belt tensioners. And then we had to remove the oil pan in order for us to get to the bolts holding the timing cover in place. Once removed, we had to pull apart the timing cover, and we were able to get down and figure out. What the real problem is. So we are waiting on parts, and we are replacing this. The problems we were having was a misfire on cylinder for lack of acceleration. Burning smell fuel smell. Smell like gas, and it turns out that the valves weren't opening because the valve rocker arm was not moving anyone's stock. So if you have a 2011 or newer Dodge Charger or Dodge Challenger with a 3.6 l V6 motor.
This video is for you. You have to take a look at the video and see what you're getting yourself into before you start taking everything apart or diagnosing and replacing parts
