"Football Fans around the world circled November 9th on their calendar. They wondered might they both be undefeated? Would it be a Top 5 match-up? They are. It is. It's on." Kickoff! Brad Nessler nailed it.
Ngl, ive always hated LSU because i am a Florida fan but my recent ex is a bama fan and it brought me so much joy to watch that game on saturday and think about how she felt. Honorary LSU fan for life
Oh come on look I know that this win is hard on some people but please just let us have this one win. Bama could’ve won this game. Some people even think bama should’ve won this game. But they didn’t. LSU had a massive losing streak against bama this is our first win against them since 2011 so please just let us have this one win
Also 2016- jalen hurts rushing td was the first score of the game- three holdings in one play not called. LSU could’ve won a few games in this decade but didn’t. Theirs no should’ve won in football only couldve
801 rushing yards, 4 TDs 300 yards receiving, 1 TD And to be fair, he probably should have been used more, but I guarantee he will be in his second year.
I was camping with my kids and our Trail Life troop during this game, keeping up with score on my ESPN app, occasionally letting out a cackle here and there. It took me until about two minutes ago to finally finish watching the game. THANK you to Boys From the Boot for posting this so that those who missed the game could experience this great feeling. This is s special season.
Oh man I wish I had watched this live, but now I watch this knowing Clyde is a KC Chief, and I can't be happier, the dude is an absolute beast and is literally the only piece that could make KC Offensive an absolute nightmare all around for every other team in the NFL, Clyde, you gonna get some rings, my boy!!
Bamafor years have been playing dirty and the refs has let them get away with and when they get behind their real dirty just watch several of their games and watch
Yes you will always have your traditions with Penn State, Ohio State and Michigan, Alabama and lately Dabo's Clemson . But every now and then you get to see in college football a really great and well recruited team led by a special player in this case a quarterback name Joe Borrow that let's it's fans witness a season of memories that will last a long time.!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well done Coach Orgeron and the LSU Tigers
Definitely the national championship game of 2019. Two incredibly talented teams with NFL caliber players all over the field. Actually one of Bama's worst defenses under Saban since he's been at Bama. The boys from Louisiana and the boys from Alabama taking it to one another. This was LSU's year and they hadn't beaten Bama in 7 years. This one pretty much carved the path for the Tigers for the remainder of the season. They were unstoppable after this. Congrats to LSU on a fine season and congrats to Bama for the effort in this game and their 11 win season and bowl win against Michigan.
Thanks for the upload guys! Awesome channel! Still watching it to this day. Two times they were called for too many players on the field. God knows how many other times it wasn't called.
See y’all I live in Louisiana and all I do is hate Alabama hunt fish and get my moms beers for the LSU games and I just wish joe would stand outside the LSU stadium start some gumbo and crawfish with the Heisman Trophy right beside him . Go Joe!!!! Go Tigers !!! I grew up with LSU.. my boy joe can’t let me down!!!!!!
Joe Burrow was uncharacteristically off a little the second half, missed some open receivers but the game being close showed the team’s metal. @02:05:58 “The noise in here is deafening.”
I cried laughing at Bama, can't stand them. I remember being in a bar in Los Angeles watching this and everyone went nuts and hugged each other when LSU won.
Braydon Wilson lmao never had the lead and took 1 entire half and bringing the SEC officiating crew in Birmingham in that 3rd quarter when ridiculous calls were against us just like from 2012 to 2018 in order to just get back in the game but even with all that we did it
Braydon Wilson my dad is an alum from 1989 to 1995 and no Moss was pushed out 🤦♂️ I’m saying that 8 year streak and 2019 third quarter yes all Bama fans deny it but everyone knows the SEC officiating Headquarters of Birmingham was paid all those years I mean I could remember every call that shouldn’t have gone for you that did over those years so deny it all you want but it’s called karma Geaux Tigers
Braydon Wilson lmao you know very well if les miles had put together this kind of offense with the stacked NFL defenses we had since 2012 then Bama rn would still be looking for their first victory over us since 2009 lmao you know very well the officials in Birmingham always on your side but it’s all karma Moss WAS pushed out every non delusional fan knows it how’s it take you 1 half to adjust to us? Had to shake off the fact that y’all so used to the game being over by halftime when beating up on JV teams but when you face teams like auburn Clemson and LSU especially this LSU team that’s the best of all time in CFB history and can curbstomp the KC Chiefs yea in my mind at halftime the game was over once it was 33-13 even if y’all made the game a lil closer in the 2nd half I knew y’all still wasn’t winning lol I called the win vs Bama back in July 2019 so 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
Braydon Wilson Oh my fucken god you actually think any other national championship team in CFB history is better than 2019 LSU and imagine Bama fans making excuses like true freshman starting on defense and Tua was hurt lol 😂😂😂 and it don’t bother me that y’all lead the all time series 53-26 bc most of those wins against us was from past decades LSU sucked for decades until 2000 ever since then for 20 years straight the lowest amount of wins we have is 8 and it only happened like 3 of those years and 3 different head coaches each won at least 1 SEC title and 1natty each and all recruited in the top 10 every year and put a crazy amount of troops into the league and almost all will be hall of famers btw anyways these past 2 decades are how long I been alive so that is all I care about so I couldn’t care less about your “17” national titles you’re lucky we have you the coach who made LSU who it is this century and les miles and Ed Orgeron has carried it on without saban Bama will never be remembered again when they win like 5 to 6 games a year so yea in a couple decades we will eventually catch up to 53 wins in the Bama vs LSU series and you right LSU can’t only beat the chiefs bc we can beat the cincinnati bengals and New England Patriots as well 😁😁😁😁 Geaux Tigers and Roll Tide what? Fuck you!!!! Gump 46-41
Everyone relax gosh. Can we appreciate both teams greatness instead of insults. Like I know it’s a rivalry but any good fan would respect the other team.
These two teams are extremely similar, they have great defenses that feed off of being bigger, stronger, and faster. Their offenses run through dynamic dual threat qbs and have extremely talented receiving cores as well as a great power runningbacks
I kind of like the commercials included. Years from now we can look back and say "oh wow, that was a thing?!" Like, the gateway computer commercials during the 2001 SEC Championship game haha.
I like how they faked an audible when stingley wasnt looking at the receiver quickly looked over at sideline quickly clap of hands n snapped ball that was a fake call play
2:27:50 Listen to the disappointment in the bama cheerleader's voice when Jefferson did NOT drop the pass. The greatest thing about that win was rubbing those 2 CBS anti-LSU announcers' noses in it. They are not even worthy of having their names mentioned.
@@JoeMontana72 2:37:00 LSU has won the game and has clearly dominated alabama, yet all the announcers want to talk about is alabama. Sad AND hilarious at the same time!
1:09 mark one of the best catches I have seen by a tight end at that point you knew LSU had way too many talented players for Alabama this year won't be no different LSU will win another championship. All we ever was a quality qb. Brennan will be even better then JOE BURROW
The opening drive for Alabama. When it was 3rd and Goal Tua did not have to scramble. It he would have waited another 2 seconds just outside the pocket, he could have connected with #6 D Smith for 6 and momentum of the game!
Quarantine has led me to re-watch a LOT of Alabama games from the past decade. (It's been a good decade for us.) Re-watching this one I have to say there is NO way Tua should have been the QB this game. Mac Jones can make the same throws and he was healthy, when Tua clearly wasn't. Not saying that would have changed the outcome. Jow Burrow had a MUCH better game against us in 2019 than he did in 2018. Good for him. Our main problem was our defense. The linebackers weren't good. I know there was a lot of newbs and second stringers, but by this point in the year they were experienced and should have been better.
One thing I have been wondering is why if a guy is trying to make a legit tackle and accidently lowers his head and hits the ball carrier it is targeting and he is ejected, but a disgruntled lineman uses his 300 lb+ body to cave in a defenseless defenders back after a play is over and it is just a 15 yarder...which one is more intentional to hurt someone?
