I try to process my thoughts as I watch this video, I mostly feel happy and I just pray... that the past doesn't get in the way of my happiness... and that all my stresses don't overwhelm me... and... there's a person I want... I want them to want me, just as I am. I pray for true love.

Me too. I used to press my fingers different ways when I was nervous or angry when I was a little kids. It's all starting to make sense and come together like pieces to a puzzle. The puzzle of acsencion. Love and light
I enjoy using mudras while dancing to say a prayer from my body, gifting these symbols of wisdom to others who watch or for the space I inhabit to gain this energy. thank you for sharing about mudras so I can deepen my symbolic prayer dances
I had a beautiful elephant goddess show me these gestures in a vision. Turns out she's vinayaki and the gestures were mudras (how Gods and goddesses talk) . The Hindu belief system is amazing there is so much to it and I'll never take anything for granted from the non marterial world ever again! ❤️🙏🏻
@@kamrann8910 that depends on what type of answer you want,, on what level. An advaitan will say from the absolute point of view, the answer is 1. Brahman. Edit to specify advaita vedanta. Other schools of thought will offer varying answers from varying perspectives and understandings.
Thankyou for this. I am saving it and hope to practice it each day especially the ones that are calming. This is why I love youtube premium. I receive these wonderful teachings without commercials and I am very very grateful.
Kate White sir don't try these thing reading from a book and posting a video is not a sign that someone knows them fully go with isha kriya. available on RU-vid it is very simple and effective
I have tinnitus ( ringing in ear ) and I started meditation not long ago and I used the akash mudra and literally since I’ve started meditation I haven’t had a single ringing in my ear 😳
This was very well done without talking, visuals excellent. And easy to take notes, thank you. From Hungarian family there was a hand finger position my grandparents used in responses to possible threats, or what they referred to as a spell ..yes ! it was very similar to 2 of these mudras but combined
As I've been studying this for a while and always learning, I find that SO many of these videos and online information leave out a ton of information that would help you do this correctly, and have the benefits it should produce. Not all mudras are placed on the knees, some are palms up, some down, seated positions types, some have chants with them...etc. If not done correctly, you can have an opposite effect than yhe desired one you are looking for. Also, I have yet to find one that states the correct way to visualize chakras. They mention it in such a basic way and everyone has a different way, but what is the correct, broken down into how to see, feel, energize the energy center in your mind.
could you share a solution and guide people to a better/more comprehensive resource? I’d be interested to hear where the “correct way to visualise chakras” can be found.

Great video, but there were a few errors I noticed: The Dhyana Mudra is _right_ on top of left (as observed in the image). And for clarification, "Gyun" Mudra is actually when the palm is facing _downward,_ "chin" Mudra is the same, i.e. thumb+index fingertips, like this:👌, and all fingers touching and straightened, however, the palm is facing _upward._ The theory, is that you do the Chin Mudra version when the sun is up so you absorb the Prana and you do the Gyun Mudra version when the sun has risen and moon is out. I remember it as: the chin is upward, therefore palms facing up and gyun as down because gyun (kinda 😅) rhymes with down, so palms face down.
There are a few ideas for how to findout about meditation Decide exactly why you wish to learn Decide which method works for you the best. (I learned about these and more on Reflective Folio Fixer website )
Please remake your video with further research. Jalam/Water is the Ringfinger, Prithvi/Earth is the Smallfinger, Aakash/Space is the Thumb, Vaayu/Air is the Index and Agni/Fire is the middlefinger 🖕 please don't spread false information thank you.
Shuni mudra the picture shows middle finger touching the thumb but the how to says the middle finger should touch the base of thumb and the thumb on the middle finger. This is for hearing related problems. Which is correct mudra pose please.?
Holy Biryani, This Is True For Me! This Might Be Why I Choose Earth Finger As My Favorite As A Kid.
Ashtar Galactic you enjoying how Every single day more soulless chakraless no kundalini energy beings in hell underground on the surface in the Astral plane 4th dimension and 5th dimension are being killed by the 5 waves of energy alone by hundreds of millions every single day at very least because I AM
Ashtar Galactic you enjoying how Every single day trillions of soulless chakraless no kundalini energy beings die every single day in this universe alone from the 5 waves of energy because I AM
It's all about psychological effects.the way you feel and think same the changes occur in a body.no matter which mudra one does whatever he/she has made mentality,he/she feels and get the result in that way.
Really awesome effects, thank you - I was wondering how to clean my navel chakra - the vayu mudra did the trick (still want it clearer, so I'll probably through in some pranayama, but still). A must know for every prana healer. For maximum effect concentrate on the touching points of the fingers as well as the whole hand. Try to imagine your hand as if you're looking at it with your eyes - but keep your eyes closed. Focus absolutely on the hand with all fingers (also the ones who are straight!).
How does the difference of the elements in the fingers effect the benefits ..in Jin shin Jyutsu ( Japanese healing art ): thumb is earth stomach and spleen- index is water kidney and urinary bladder - middle finger is wood gallbladder and liver - ring finger is air lung and large intestine - little finger is fire , heart and small intestine .. I use the mudras you are showing in my yoga class and it is confusing when you touch the fingers on the mudras that represent different organs ..we have 8 mudras that we use ..example 3 are the mudras you showed us .. 1 was the asthma mudra you showed ..but you are using the middle finger for respiratory ..in JSJ lungs are the ring finger ???
Thank you very much for sharing this. I'd just like to point out that I counted 13 mudras in this video, or are some of the mudras are called by different names? I do like the video though. 1. Akash Mudra 2. Dhyana Mudra 3. Hridaya Mudra 4. Jala Mudra 5. Prana Mudra 6. Surya Mudra 7. Vayu Mudra 8. Prithvi Mudra 9. Linga Mudra 10. Gyan (or Cyan) Mudra 11. Varum Mudra 12. Shunya Mudra 13. Apana Mudra
prana mudra (better memory and better concentration) varan mudra (boost immune system and resist disease) vayu mudra (for stomachache) gotta try these out tonight
There is an error on Shuni Mudra. Which is It? Do you put your middle finger at the ROOT or TIP of the thumb? Photo show TIP but instructions say ROOT.
