Honest opinion, everytime I watch the same kind of videos from other people it doesn't touch me as much as your videos do. It always feels very one sided. But when I watch your video, it's like I'm getting adviced by a close friend because you are a very humbled, hard working and nice person. You've become unbelievably confident in yourself and you seem happier and your energy is so positive than it already was when I first started watching your channel. And to watch you become someone you always wanted to be and to watch you work for it makes me very motivated to achieve my own goals and make healthy habits. Thank you for this helpful series. 😊❤️
Aww thank you so for the kind words that means so much to me 🥹😭❤️ personally for me, I don’t love getting advice from people that are kind of condescending with their delivery… just doesn’t speak to me. So I’m glad I can help through my personal experience and being vulnerable!! Much love to youuu
Definitely agree! Other videos give the same tips, but Lena actually gets through to my stubborn head and gives different advice that I’ve actually started to implement 🎉
It looks like her advices are more real and life changing bc is exacly those simple things that can mess up our lives, and you can actually improve yourself doing these things she just said!😊❤
i’m 19 and i literally only lay in bed all day and scroll on tiktok. i stopped school 3 years ago because of my mental health and i don’t work, but honestly i’m getting so sick of it and im trying to start doing something productive and you’re videos are really giving me motivation 🩷 i had nooo idea how to start and this is giving me hope fr!!!
I turned 20 today.I'm in the same position as you.I've entered college at 17,yet here i am still a freshman in college after 3 years. I'll try to break out of my depression as I've been dealing with it for so long it made it impossible for me to focus on school.Glad im not the one in the world that is dealing with this.Let's try to heal together
@@dinakasap aw girl we really got this!! and every little step is a win. im so proud of u for trying and we’re still really young so we got all the time in our lives 🤗🤗

That’s because you try to make big changes all at once. Try doing them in small increments, that way you build the tolerance and discipline to maintain it for a longer period of time. This way, it’s also a part of your lifestyle and not something your system may deem foreign
I'm a guy but honestly i love videos like this, i find them way more helpful than 'self improvement' content that is targeted towards men as it tends to be way harsher and less helpful. I like how this video is from someone who ACTUALLY understands what it means to struggle with lazy habits, I've been stuck in a rut due to bad mental health, relapsed into my binge eating disorder and haven't done anything good for myself but this non-aggressive and honest approach and the advice in this video are something that i think will actually work for me. So yeah, call me a productive girlie now💅🏻🎀
Hi Lena! I’m 33 years old, married, and have four daughters. I started watching you in 2020 and I know you’re younger than me but I always enjoyed watching your videos. You’re very pretty and confident. Recently, I made new friends during a business trip and I kept you in mind the entire time. You inspire people to come out of their shell. Also, I will be doing the journal prompts that you suggested. The other day I was journaling and I didn’t know what to write about. But the journal prompts are super helpful! Please suggest more lol then you mentioned habit stacking, I started the water and coffee thing as well. Every morning I started committing to finishing a glass of water before I have coffee. Then while I have my coffee, I will take out my water bottle and have it in view. I noticed that since I started doing that, I will go for my water more than my coffee. I’ve been having to pour out my large coffee because I’ll just sip on my water instead lol further, you mentioned daily movement. Even started getting up early before work to get some exercise in. I started working out about 3 months ago and lost 10 pounds so far. Also, I quit drinking and haven’t had any alcohol since last October lol I’m glad I quit drinking. My hair stopped thinning and skin looks so much better. I was reading about how alcohol changes a person’s DNA! So it’s not a mystery why people who quit drinking start to look different. They get a healthy, youthful look back. But anyways, I’ve been doing the prize rule with work. For example, I am a sales manager and always working. Again, I’ll be working overtime because my boss will be on travel. At first I was annoyed about doing overtime but I was like wait a minute, I’ll have more money and I’m going on vacation in March. Those extra funds can be for my trip. One more thing, my girlfriends and I will take digital detox together lol and I won’t be mad at my friends for doing that, get your beauty rest girl lol thank you Lena! 😅❤❤
WOW THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHARING YOU JUST MADE MY DAY HONESTLY ❤❤❤ first of all i am so incredibly inspired by you the fact that you have 4 daughters and still find the time to pour into yourself and practice healthy habits is actually so incredible and motivating. you're a super woman!! im so happy to hear youve been bettering yourself and you should be so proud of yourself!! sending u sm love
I watch these videos as a 16 year old boy trying to better myself in a non-toxic, heavily misogynistic space, as many male creators propose the stereotype of toughing it out and that you aren't allowed to feel or take care of yourself. You provide for others. Watching these videos I see hope for myself, and what I can do with my future, here are my journal prompts What does he do?; He takes care of his body and mind, he takes care of his friends and family, he loves, he disciplines himself, he works to always become better. Where does he go?; He goes far. He goes to the greatest lengths to become the best possible version of himself. He wants to go to an art college and get a degree in game design. He goes to therapy to better himself and learn more about himself. What does his routine look like?; He wakes up around 5am, and gets in the shower, brushing his teeth and stacking tasks like skincare ontop of it. He goes to school and goes through his classes, doing his best to pay attention and not lose focus. He goes home and studies for atleast 2 hours, and takes care of himself after. He lets himself have enrichment time and prizes after he's been successful throughout the day. He does his hygiene and goes to bed around 10, to start again. What are his hobbies?; He draws, creativity is his outlet for self expression and love. He works on his stories that his mind creates, an imaginative person he works hard to polish his creation and make every piece something he will love, and hope others will love. He works on himself knowing that it'll help him in the future, and he'll be a better person because of it. What is his mindset?; He is love, he decides his future, he can do it, he will do it, no matter how hard it is and how anxious or upset he might get he will push through and continue living like he is now. Your videos have truly helped me start a reset I never thought I could do, but I am. It's not just because of your videos though, its because I want to improve and want to get better, and thats what matters. Thank you, Oliver
As a 15-year-old girl who is homeschooled and is literally lazy all the time this helped me so so so much, lately I've been feeling really lazy and tired to the point where I couldn't do any of my homework and assignments on time, and my sleep schedule was really messed up and I was literally always in bed watching Tiktok for like 4-5 hours and when I just watched this video it really motivated me to just get out of my Lazy girl era and be in my productive girl era ✨ your tips were really amazing and I truly enjoy your content 🤍
1. Less screen time. 2. More family meals and keep the home tidy. 3. Wake before my son and get into the Bible. 4. Take my art seriously - organize time for setting up showings. Thank you for sharing.
I second having “prizes” to get yourself to do things you don’t want to. It works so well! Also, if you have goals you are working towards, having prizes for reaching those goals is really motivating too! I just love your channel, you seem super genuine in wanting to help people, and you’ve definitely helped me! Have a great day and stay warm out there ❤️ ❄️
Staying hydrated is key to a healthy life. Getting a multivitamin that you take once a day will help keep your immune system strong. Healthy body helps to a healthy, focused, productive mind. Thanks for the consistent positive content Lena. You rock
she gets up early every morning to enjoy the start of a new day and go move her body. she helps hef family and friends each day and she prays to god and stands thankful where she goes. she goes to work everyday and works her absolute best. she goes to friends houses to show her appreciation for them. she goes to her family’s house to show her deep love for them. she goes to coffee shops, the store, out of the country, etc. she wakes up early, does skincare, works out, meditates, makes breakfast, productive, makes lunch, go on a walk, pays fees, makes dinner, hangouts with family or friends, unwinds and journal and beautiful sleep she stays productive, plays guitar, listens to music, cleans, cooks, bakes, journals, ect. shes is super positive and has a great outlook on life!
The youtuber who inspired me to work out and take care of myself better 💖 my top 3 habits to get me going: 1. Do my skin care routine first thing in the morning. 2. Work out at least 3x a week 3. Journal at the end of the day
@@ellamaeturknett4863 hello! I started with setting small goals. For example: for working out, i started out with using elliptical or treadmill for 20mins at least 3x a week. Then the next week i’ll increase it to 30mins until i get to my goal of 40mins 3x a week. But tbh since the weather got warmer i mostly walk outside instead of using the machines lol
Love your video! Top 3 habits, that I will be implementing this year: - Finding different way to grow my confident in myself - Make 'going to the gym', a habit - Drinking more water
I feel this video deep in my soul!! I used to wake up at 3:30am for work and 4-5am on my days off. I got a new job with a diff routine and I lost my early-girl habits. And since then I haven’t been able to get back into it and I feel so… blah. You inspired me to sign up for a 5am HIIT class tomorrow before I go to work at 7. I’m lowkey scared but my man gets up early every day and he’s going to keep me accountable.
@@denisfejzic2314 ...yes. Just because you bot an account, doesnt mean you lose the ability to respond to comments yourself lmfao. get people to read your book by providing a good book instead of this weird "holier than thou" bs
I just want to say that I’ve been watching your videos for the past couple months and they’ve really helped me become more motivated, form better habits, start waking up earlier, take the gym more seriously and meet a lot of my goals for what kind of person I want to be. I’ve been feeling stressed the past week or so and was losing motivation, staying up late/ sleeping late again then I watched this video today and it helped click me back into that motivated mindset. I forgot how much the content I consume affects me on the daily. Thank you girl for being a good influence on us ❤
I just wanted to drop by and let you know how much I appreciate your channel. Your content is not just entertaining, but it's been a real source of inspiration and support for me. Your hard work and dedication shine through, and I can't thank you enough for the positive impact you've had on my life Thank you for being genuine, for sharing your journey, and for creating such a positive and uplifting community. Sending loads of love your way! 💖 Keep shining!
I was being lazy yesterday and then woke up to this video and was like yessss I need this rn; and then especially what you said at the end about taking yourself on a date bc we can be so mean to ourselves when we’re lazy made me feel so seen and now I’m gonna take myself out this week, thanks you so much Lena🥹❤️
awww thank YOU! for watching and motivating me 🥹❤ and yesss im so proud of you for taking yourself out this weekend bc you deserve it. sending u sm love
Hey Lena here is 2 motivation quotes that i think could really help people! 1. If your life was a movie would you watch it - idk where from 2. Success means standing on death’s doorstep looking back on life proud - my brother Love ya gal x
I currently go by these 2 quotes. 1. The sky is not the limit. Your mind is. 2. Don't let small minds convince you that your dreams are to big. Your dreams are meant for you, not for them.
I am not one to leave a comment, but I really just wanted to say that I appreciate the content that you make. Thanks to you I have been going to the gym consistently for a month now and whenever I feel unmotivated I watch your videos again. Wishing you the best for 2024 ❤
I’ve been trying to get out of my depression mindset and find a new routine for myself. These tips are so helpful! Its finally time for me to take charge of my life and make good changes for myself. Your positive, take-charge attitude in the video makes me feel like I can really make changes and be happy with myself. Thank you for inspiring me to be a better version of myself❤️
I'm so HAPPY you mentioned JOMO! I first heard of JOMO from Passion Planner, and it has been a game changer! I no longer feel extreme anxiety and FOMO when my friends and family would meet without me. I especially used JOMO during the holiday season when my family traditionally packs our schedule. I excused myself from one of the outings so I could rest, and it made me so much more available and present to my family for the rest of the trip. SO HAPPY YOU'RE USING THIS PRACTICE!!
I absolutely LOVE this series, it helped me a lot in managing my life, routines and practicing self love in general. I genuinely enjoy watching the videos too. And I think this video will be special because I'm definitely the laziest person ever😂
Aww I’m so glad my videos help you!! 😭❤️ and nooo you even watching the videos and implementing more healthy habits means you’re bettering yourself. I’m so proud of you!!
Girll!! You got me just in time...idk why I'm being so lazyyy i have my senior year finals of high school and I can't studyy😭😭 idk what to do helpp mee!!!
this came up on my suggested feed this morning. Had my first therapy appointment in years and was expressing how I’m really struggling with myself, my confidence and my mental health. This was a great reminder that little changes can make all the difference. Appreciate youuu
I’m so happy that you bring up not being on your phone an hour before bed, cause I’ve been doing that for the past week and it’s a life changer! I really recommend it, I was waking up refreshed and even sleeping before midnight. Over the weekend I didn’t do that, and fell asleep while watching videos and I woke up so much later and felt worse, so highly recommend lol
I haven’t commented on a video in maybe years, but I wanted to say, thank you so much for this!!!! I’ve been in a productivity slump for months now, and being mean to myself, not sleeping properly, skipping lunch sometimes, and overall just labeling health as secondary has not helped 😭😭😭. Thanks for making me realize I can still bounce back stronger. I’ll try to update on my rebound journey (and I encourage anyone else who wants to update to do as well), and for anyone else needing to get out of a slump, we’re all here for you. I might be a thousand miles away from you, but here I am, experiencing the same feelings and struggle as you right now. We got this, guys ❤️. New subscriber btw!!!!
She makes her own meals, helps out around the house, reads a lot of books, thinks critically about the things she sees, works out and stretches her body and her mind. She goes on walks around the neighborhood, with the dog or alone. She goes to work and hang out with friends. She wakes up early, has a big glass of water, and moves her body. She walks around the neighborhood as the sun rises. She works out and takes a shower. She enjoys sewing, writing, drawing, and creating. She does Pilates and yoga and cardio. She looks out for everyone. She's kind to everyone she sees and gives out compliments and speaks her mind. She isn't afraid to speak up and converse with kids who aren't in her clique. She's proud and confident in her identity and tries to make her contentment with life spread to family and friends.
I never paid attention to how much I habit stack and do the prize rule. It does help A LOT! My top three I still need to work on is.JOMO is the move this year and keep a decluttered environment. 1) digital Detox , it’s so hard to cause it’s a way i relax but it can take away time. 2) Sleep Schedule- The using phones before bed is a big part of that. I see now. 3)Solo Dates : I was doing that at first. Then I met my man. I do miss these. It is a form of self care. Thank you for bringing that to my attention! I need to do this again. I really appreciated this video!
Hey Lena, this year will be the year where we put most of our bad habits to the side and replace them with new ones! I believe it and I will do my best! Much love take care❤❤
I don't watch your video for being more productive, i watch for being "less productive". I was tired of pushing too hard on myself, not letting myself to go out during workdays. Thanks for producing nice quality content Lena.
OMG! I absolutely love your advices. I usually hate motivational content, because due to AuDHD, depression and anxiety watching it always feel either impossible or just condescending from the creators. Your tips are so useful, you are a sweet person and it's been helping me so much in the last weeks. I shared your channel with my family and wish you all the best things, while I'm chasing my own things, inspired by you!
AWWW you have no idea how much that means to me as someone who has struggled with mental health majority of my life 💖 im so glad my videos uplift instead of belittle you because i know EXACTLY what you mean by some creators being too harsh. i hope you know how amazing youre doing by showing up for yourself!! so proud of you and keep shining queen
As a student this vid helped me sooo much. After School I quickly do my homework and then lay in bed all the time, weekends just scrolling all day.And I really wanted to become my best self.I started now doing a quick workout 3-4 times a week and started making my meals and not just eating instant food, drinking more water (something I extremely struggled with) and studied more for my tests. Thanks so much for the video, really motivated me!
All these tips are good, but this tip is lifechanging: If u want to become and feel productive and literally like the "it girl", watch lenalifts. I don't know how but these colors give u such a positive and fresh mindset. Ur voice is sooo motivating 😅😂😊😊😊. U changed my whole life ❤❤❤
You are so catchy and charismatic! I watched the video in one breath, took notes, and I want to say that information that you gave is really full-filled and correct, with no stupid lyrical digressions, only facts and essential examples. Among the rest of videos with this kind of theme, I can say that THIS video is really important to watch!
what does she do? she is a productive girl who takes care of herself and focused i school and plans her day where does she go? she is either at school focused in learning or she is outside in nature. if she is home, she is getting stuff together. what does her routine look like? she doesn’t get on her phone until 10-11 am. she has it organized and planned. she studies a lot. what are her hobbies? dancing, yoga, swimming, editing, walking outside. what is her mindset? a successful woman, if protecting ur peace is selfish, so be it.
I’ve been sick the last few days and beat myself up so much for staying home but still getting nothing done and this video genuinely hit me in a different way of just making me feel better about myself and excited to have motivation again once im rested and healed.
Honestly, I loved your videos, it's essential to find my non-negotiables for the day.... 1. Journaling every day 2. Fix my sleep schedule ....3. Body movements every day... 4. Make a routine and to-do list.....Thanks for the video Lena...Love youuu
I am new to your channel, and this content is really resonated with me. It’s so refreshing to see actual human being with bad habits and correcting them, instead of fake influencing with perfect routines. I feel like you motivate your viewers to be better of themselves with a honest and proper way. ❤
Wonderful video: not too long, straight to the point, useful tips that we can really use too, examples that help us empathize. You also convey enthusiasm and desire to get started. I've been taking notes on pen and paper so I can actively get started and not just passively consume. Thanks!!
This video came at the perfect time. I’m a young teen and constantly feel sluggish and lazy. But, I’ve been watching your channel frequently and been feeling much better! Since I don’t do sports, I do light workouts a couple of times a week and go on frequent walks outside. I started journaling about a week ago and oh my has it changed my life! As a person with anxiety, journaling helps me clear my cluttered mind. Honestly, I can’t thank you enough for how much your videos have positively influenced me! ❤❤❤
Hi Lena, I only started watching your videos in the past couple of weeks but they have been such a big part of getting me motivated to become my best self in 2024! The tips and advice you share are specific and reasonable which has made it so much easier for me to try and implement these habits into my daily routine. I also really appreciate how you address that mental health also plays such a huge factor into how you view your life but you can’t let it rule over every single part of your life. I can’t wait to keep watching your videos and let’s make 2024 our year!
I just love how she posts every week so if I’m getting burnt out or lazy by the end of the week I get re-motivated and I just love it thank you Lena🤭💗💗
I am recovering from outpatient surgery this Friday will be 3 weeks recovery and I’m just now finding my way to clean up my camper and get back into the gym once my dr releases me to go 😊 I didn’t realize how dirty my camper is and now I’m throwing things away and deep cleaning every inch of it !! Goals: 1. Simple is better 2. Be patient. 3. Work on a routine
This is genuinely helpful & I’m glad this popped up on my fyp.. just last week I decided to start a wellness journey of doing good things for me that benefit, fuel, & heal my mind, body, & soul.. I’m trying to be very intentional about my choices & thinking how they will impact me in the long run.. one of my goals/thing that makes me feel good is making videos & I just got another camera, after mine was stolen around Christmas.. thinking about filming my journey to healthy habits & showing the tough moments too.. anyways, thank you for making this & sharing! ❤
I love your videos. They help so much and they aren't done in a condescending or corrective way. Most videos like this don't do it in a positive way that makes you feel good, but you achieve that wonderfully. Thanks for all you do Lena, keep up the good work! ❤❤❤
Thank you so much for this video! I’m starting a new job next week and I really want to get my life together before then. Here are some habits I want to incorporate into my life. 1. Going grocery shopping every sunday 2. Create a morning routine with 3-5 non negotiables 3. Create a night routine with an hour before bed without my phone. You seem like you really have your life together ❤️ Sending you love and gratitude
ur giving me such a vibeesss like i was too lazy to watch this video until i forced myself and watched it u give me such good energy to get up and wash the dishes love u girl ❤
im litterally watching your videos to get help i havent left my room for 5 months just feeling sorry for myself not knowing where to start the hygiene an the fresh shower helps for a little while but i just struggle to stay disciplied throughout the week
I’m still working on getting out of my Lazy Girl Era but bc of your videos I started making a to do list of my day the day before and started to get more things. Tysm for helping me make progress with your vids!! 😊❤
I'm so glad that you posted today because I honestly wasn’t feeling the best, but your videos mange to make me smile everytime. I also wanted to say thank you for being you. I recently started to work out because of you because you give me that energy and feeling of being able to do everything. I came across your account at the beginning of this month and fell in love with your vibe and energy instantly. You’re so cool and I hope you know just how much I love you because you made me fall in love with myself again. And by the way I told my whole family & all of my friends that you’ve seen my story AND added it to yours. I genuinely can’t believe that still. I love you
Your videos help me to motivate myself to wake up the morning the weekends (around 9am) and have a consistent routine. I'm so happy I did it! I feel so more productive😊I'm washing my face, put cream, get dressed, drink water and then do some yoga👍I feel very good after all that!
Girl I loved this video! This year i am trying to get out of my comfort zone more, learn to be okay by myself. I rlly struggle with knowing that i dont have any friends that would choose me over someone else. I am nobodys number one and when i am alone i tend to just lay there for hours just laying in my self pity. I think i just rlly want to just pick myself up and go out by myself more and just learn to be a happier person. My other thing is i just want to let go of the past. Now my habits that i would like to start is reading and eating a little but healthier. i tend to go on reading bursts and read one good book in one day and not read for two months. haha.
Started following you just over a month ago and have been binge watching your videos.. you are definitely a blessing right now with me trying to get my life in order and get my goals achieved❤ thank you
I always watch your videos and you always make my day; you are my role mode. I love how you understand what we all pass thorough when we are in our lazy girl era. And I love how you always check our comments. This is my favourite channel. You are amazing, and keep going. I know you will achieve all of your dreams. And we will be on your side always. LUV YOU!
Heyy Lena I just wanted to drop by and let u know how much your videos helped/ help me, I used to be so un-motivated but your channel has really helped me! Ive been watching you for 5 months and every upload gives me so much more motivation. Your working out videos, vlogs and self love videos have made me start going to the gym, get so much motivation to go to boxing and really helped me with my confidence!!! I love u smm and wish for you to keep being the amazing person u are❤❤
Hi Lena, New but not so new to your channel. I have been in a rut, binged, and stopped caring about my health in every aspect. I just eat and eat. I gained approx 20lbs last year. I didn’t have any sort of routine, sort of let work take control. I am also a single parent (kiddo 12 and 19) and they live w/ me and a parent to 4 cats as well. I started waking up at 3:35AM to journal, pray, and read. I wanted to thank you for motivating me to create time and journal. I never really stuck to it, would give up after a few days. I am on my 3rd week. I fell a few weeks ago, hurting my tailbone and wrist, so I cannot lift but I have been walking only. Better than nothing. I still struggle w/ binge eating.. but hoping I can make it a priority and my identity to change those eating habits. I did purchase bone broth using your code to support you this past weekend. I just wanted to thank you for spitting out these videos. I’ve watched a ton, but for some reason your last videos of 2023 got me changing.
aww i am so so honored you decided to be vulnerable and share this with me 🥹❤ you have no idea how much that means to me. please try not to be so hard on yourself because you already have so much on your plate its so understandable you feel overwhelmed at times. its ok to take a step back! im so proud of you for still finding time to wake up early and practice healthy habits - keep it up!! sending you so much love and you and your family will be in my prayers beautiful!
Thank you so much for this video! I know I may not be the only one out there that knows they can do all these things but still get in their lazy era, it’s hard and overwhelming but there’s only yourself that can help you, so love her and be proud of yourself even for taking small steps.
Lots of love Lena❤️ after trying to be that girl in 2024, i.e. exercising 45mins a day, eating healthy etc I developed a bad injury which has set me bacckkk😭 this video is literally the video I needed to get me back on track, thank you!
For almost a year now, I've been watching Lena's videos and I feel that watching her support you to be your best version of yourself, gives me the motivation to become the woman I've always wanted to be.
Sleep schedule, habit staking, and decluttering helped me so much and I have never felt so clean and awake, I used to rot in my bed and not pay attention in class and when I saw people living their best lives I decided I'm going to start living mine I watched a bunch of these videos and yours definitely helped me most
Hey Lena, I don’t comment on your videos but just know u best believe I’ve been watching every single video since almost 2 years. I truly truuuly admire u soo so much. I was going through a really bad depression this year and watching ur videos help me so much as a guidance and as a stepping stone to my days and future. I genuinely get so happy when I see ur videos or I see that u recently posted. You and Arnold Schwarzenegger are my biggest heroes because u guys have the ability of setting ur mind for something and working towards it and achieving it, you guys made ur own path regardless of what people thought. I just want to say thank you so much for helping us or just making our day. Congratulations on ur big move apartment 🥹🎉😭👏👏👏
Oh my gosh, you helped me so much!!! I actually tysm for this because just now I had dissed my history assessment which was due today. TYSMMMMM this absolutely worked for me :))
Adding to the sleep comment: Women actually require more sleep than men and a bit extra during menstruation. Researching into woman’s health and cycle health is a major hack in maximising productivity

Just on time ! I am being so lazy dreaming with my business and my RU-vid channel that I’ve been saying I will start. Stuck with bills and 2 jobs and not balancing and procrastinating. Thank u so much !
Five pages of notes in my journal later and a bit of a changed perspective I think I’m ready to get myself in check and prioritize myself and my health both physically and mentally. Thank you so much for this video, I know a lot of young girls, including myself, feel motivated and inspired when we see people expressing their vulnerability and struggles in a world where everything is meant to be perfect all the time. It especially helps when it’s a younger person close to our age group. Your video was amazing thank you so much.
I've discovered your channel like two months ago and you completely changed my life ! Like... I'm not even kidding omg. Usually the motivation stuff I found on RU-vid just stressed me out and made me feel like sh*t, but your positivty and your vibe really changed the whole game for me, I'm really thankful 💗💗
I'm just now starting to leave my lazy ERA and this video is genuinely PERFECT.Very motivational and really what I needed to know . I'll continue to watch you as I started today.Working hard ✌️💕
