Your videos are my favourites!!!. Very useful hacks indeed. I have a suggestion, the curd will get even thicker if you use a spoonful of thick curd and paste it to the sides of the utensil instead of adding one or two spoons to the milk. This is a trick I learnt from my grandmother and have been using successfully for many years to make super thick curd at home.
Thanks for your continuous efforts in making our life easy with your great tips. For quick setting of curd,we can place the vessel inside a casserole for 5 hrs and it's becomes firm like icecream,do try it 😁
Loved your wooden plate shown in the beginning! Great content 👌 would you mind sharing where one could get those compartment wooden platters and bowls 🥣?
Amazing.. I am an CA student. I always watch your video and you really inspired me to be organised.. thank you dear ashu. Please do video on how to iron cloths.. and do more videos on bag organization
You can pour the milk from the pan to the bowl, back and forth to create even more froth, that will help form thicker malai... It will even save u the hassle of washing the extra ladle... 😁👍😊 Also, while kneading aata (if u dont like the sticky dough in the initial part, u can use some warm water, mix with a wooden spoon... When the flour has a crumbly texture, cover and leave for 5-10mins... Then knead with hand; adding water little by little as necessary... This way can be used for gluten free aatas like bajra or jowar also for soft rotis/ phulkas 😊👍
Wow...all your videos are very informative. Just like to suggest that you can also keep the set curd in a casserole. It's ideal for setting, especially in cool places.
Great tips as usual! Loved it! By the way..The paneer water is rich in whey protein. Mix some curd with this water and make Kadhi. Great way to use it👍
