It is so sweet to see Ashu discovering all these things that can be done at home from scratch. More power to you, girl! I had forgotten about the tomato chutney. Will try that today, since I do have a bunch of tomatoes.
You can add a handful of drumstick leaves to the ghee to make it more aromatic and tasty. I used to add sugar to the settled residue of the ghee and eat it like a milk sweet.

You can soak the stove burners in tamarind pulp over night for deep cleaning. I use a old cloth cleaning brush to collect the hair strands in the bathroom.

Pls explain by did u add curd in malai??2nd in summer n winter v should add ice cube wile blending malai in mixture grinder??3rd y did put butter in cill water before storing???nice vedio .. thankyou
1)Curd helps make the butter fast especially with old malai. In fresh malai you don't need to add curd. 2)Adding Ice-cubes is not related to summer or winter, it is to reduce the hotness which come through blending in the mixer grinder. Generally if you make batter in mixer grinder, it turns pale and doesn't look white. That's why in south india everyone uses wet grinder to make batter. Stone grinding is slow and take 30 minutes to grind the same batter. It doesn't get heated like mixer grinder. 3) As malai was old and we also used curd, it is important to wash the butter to remove all the bad taste from old milk and curd.
It's good. and very powerful. See, it has lid locks, so you need to close the lids properly. many people don't do that. I really liked and it gives me hand free experience.
I m in love with your wisdom. I have one query. I m really confused with types of masala boxs for my kitchen . Please suggest if you have any idea about any masala container which will not take any counter space and can be washed in dishwasher. peace and love ❤️
