There's a very common Spanish word that comes from the Arabic expression "law sha'a Allah" لو شاء الله "if God wanted it" (almost the same meaning as insha'Allah, the difference is that in Arabic ان is used for real conditions and لو for unreal ones), even though most of people think it comes from insha'Allah (which is wrong) The word is "ojalá" and it expresses a great desire for something to happen. Ojalá vengas conmigo ( I wish you came with me; literally: you'd come with me, if God wanted it)

Allah is “Arabic” for God. Like a Spanish person would say “Dios.” God is English for God. Jesus never said “God” because Jesus was not a westerner speaking English. Jesus was Aramaic and the Aramaic word for God is “allah.” It’s difficult to explain to a Christian who don’t even read their bibles but Jews AND Muslims are both the children of Abraham. Isaac is for the Jews. Ishmael is for the Muslims. Both, children of Abraham. The Muslims have the Qibla in Mecca that was built by Abraham. My suggestion is read your bible, the Torah and the Quran. Educate yourself.

Allah is the Proper name of God in Arabic. Jews, Christians, Muslims & all other Abrahamic religions who speaks Arabic use the Name “Allah” in reference to the One Divine Being. the generic term for God or any god or false gods in Arabic is: “ilah” إله Ilah could be made into female Ilahah(goddess)إلهه And plural “alihah” (gods) آلهه Allahالله means “God” capital “G” to mean the genderless supreme Being Creator of the Entire Universe. It is Genderless & have no plural form. And it means God and God alone. Maha thank u so much .. Im from the Philippines 🇵🇭 and i love Arabic, Hebrew & Aramaic الله يرضى عليكِ يا اختي♥️
@hayyanmintgreen8561
@hayyanmintgreen8561 4 года назад
Andrew Walker i can read & write arabic and im learning the two languages... Allah is well known ... to be the Proper name of the Almighty in Arabic. The "Al" is NOT separable it is part of the Name. U don't know what u are saying... Semitic languages started as one and diversified into many branches until it became separate languages.... it doesn't mean that arabic came from its sister languages. It means they all branched out from the same root language the "proto-semitic language" i am not a lier ... Allah is the same word used by Yemeni jews referring to God. Even the jews of pre-islamic arabia says Allah to God. This is well accepted by most arabic speakers... yes Allah is the Proper name of God... it is the One and Only God.
@hayyanmintgreen8561
@hayyanmintgreen8561 4 года назад
Andrew Walker my dear that's the uniqueness of the name Allah. The al is already incorporated with the lillah form. It's not about the Muslim occupation that the arabic speaking Christians uses the word "Allah " to God. Allah is Allah for all arabic speaking people... even the ghassanids christians of pre-islamic arabia used Allah in reference to God.. and please stop using the word taqiyyah because u don't know what it is ... and i my self don't consider it as part of islam. I don't even knew it (taqiyyah) as im growing up... no Muslim will lie for his religion because our Religion teaches us to say what is truth. Truthfulness is one of the qualities of a true believers... i am totally 100% person with a correct way of thinking... if islam is a lie and we use taqiyyah to hide something as u are claiming... do u think i will stay muslim and study more about comparative religions? And do u think islam will gain its tittle as the fastest growing Religion in the west?? The fact is, islam offers more islam explains life and God in a more rational and simple mine accepted belief system. Unlike others to be specific Christianity's doctrine of trinity (an attempt to mix paganism & monotheism which fails miserably). Allah is Allah ... the One only God, Lord & Creator of all things. Worshiped by the Israelites & the ishmaelites... He is YHWH in Hebrew bible and Alaha in Prophet Jesus' tongue.
@hayyanmintgreen8561
@hayyanmintgreen8561 4 года назад
Andrew Walker when i say: "Allah" i am reffering to the Unseen Divine One above all. The One who is the Creator & Ruler of the Universe... that is the purest concept of belief in God. The One, the Unique & absolute.
@hayyanmintgreen8561
@hayyanmintgreen8561 4 года назад
Andrew Walker my answer is there already... i do not speak with foolish people who argue with the truth and well accepted facts by the majority... accepted or not .. Allah is the One Divine Entity worshiped by Jews, Christians, Samaritans, bahais & us Muslims. The Only difference is that Jews, Samaritans & Muslims sees Allah as Allah and not anyone other than as He is. While u Christians sees Him as Jesus or a part of a Trinity. Actually the early arab Christians. Before islam are more inclined to Monotheism than their European Christian counterparts of those early days ... who Mixed the Jewish Concept of God with greeko-roman concept of gods and the result is the MODERN CHRISTIANITY.
@hayyanmintgreen8561
@hayyanmintgreen8561 4 года назад
Andrew Walker there is a thing called "reason of revelation" and each verse of the Holy Qur'an corresponds with a specific event in the life of the Blessed Prophet(صلى الله عليه و سلم ). That verse doesn't includes all jews & all Christians and it means if u take them as ally's in war against the believers.. then it is not permissible... my dear ... Christians & jews are living inside the islamic empires for many years before... don't take verses out of context because u are just making yourself funny & silly... i encountered a lot of people like u here in youtube & in other social media flat form & u have one agenda ... that is to cast doubts among normal lay-Muslims & try to prove the truthfulness of your twisted monotheistic religion(Christianity) over the pure monotheistic belief found in Islam. Stop your dirty works... because if God is on your side you can see millions of Muslims falling into your trap but it's not. There are a lot of evangelical Christians who tried their utmost efforts to discredit islam but they FAILED MISERABLY ... i suggest u should go back to your own Scriptures & belief system and try to think over its uncountable mistakes & corruptions before commenting on islam. What islam offers is far more better that your Evangelical beliefs... if islam is false then there is no true Religion in the World. Because only Islam ... reached all degrees of perfection that the true Religion possesses.

In many dialects, particularly in prayers with allah, the common Verb-subject-object expression in MSA is turned to a subject-verb-object. Example: Barak Allahu fik becomes Allah yebarek fik, Jazak Allahu khayran becomes Allah yejazik khir or the other abridged alternative but with an ambiguous connotation Allah yejazik...

Isn't Fallahi talking with "g"? Like "aish gilti ma sma3tek"? Or someone tells you a group of people did something bad. You say "nitsh khayyaten!" 😁😁

@@zaynzayn8206 not sure about Fallahi but in Bedouin dialect they pronounce q as g. I've recently seen a movie about Bedouins which starts with the phrase '3ars bilgarya wadajaja bilgarya' (wedding in the village and the chicken in the village) 🙂

I love this video. I will perfect the new expressions I didn’t know in the video with my husband. I used Yaoon Yaooni on him and he laughed so hard at me. He had to ask me what I was trying to say. I said, eye, eyes. He corrected me. I really couldn’t hear the difference when he said it - took awhile to hear the Eh at the beginning -“Ehyoon, Ehyooni”. Anyways, We went for Maqlooba at our friend’s home and he asked me to say it without him saying the words - I thought I had it memorized correctly...So I said it - Yaoon, Yaooni and everyone was really struggling to know what exactly I was trying to say. Finally he told them she’s saying عيوب عيوبي.... Everyone got a good laugh but are super helpful and very impressed at how quickly I’ve been catching on to learning Arabic. My husband is Palestinian descent but was born in Amman, Jordan but we live in a suburb of Chicago, IL US that is mostly Palestinians. Mostly all of our close friends are from Halhul, Palestine. 🤗

Maha, I think if you at least consider our suggestions, your channel has the potential to became a great tool for beginners Arabic students at large. So they won't get disappointed and never watch it again! ---- That is a factor why many of us give up. Combination of sounds in words and sentences that we are unfamiliar can be challenging but if can IDENTIFY THOSE WORDS and break down it's pronunciation? I think it might increase the potential of viewers in this, your channel!
