G actually you are right from the POV of productivity but missing breakfast and fasting for first 4-5 hours can get you close to some of the diseases like TB... as these diseases only come in action when you havent eaten anything

When we are 2 or 3 people together, we head to places like Temple, Science City, parks, and we also watch new released movie in novelty. But I have to stop it because she doesn't allow me now :]
