Wow 6 fishes is more then the 3 guys at the other side of the lake caught together. I hope you can fish the matches soon Kayleigh, maybe sometime in the Netherlands against our own Anja Groot (3x world champ)
Your alot better angler than me,but i was shocked at how far out you was fishing, wouldnt it have been better saving the time that you had fishing closer in,saving time in the shipping out?,Just my thought's,like i said your thr professional and im not, plus im not there so dont know the conditions and depth
Hi Kaylieigh just a bit of info the pond you are fishing there i used to fish 20 yeays ago before it was a commercial it was only about 12 inches deep and if you tried to waggler fish it if you dodnt feather your line your waggler would stick in the mud on the deck, also when you struck the lake would erupt with big carp like throwing pellets to trout at a fish farm lol
Great stuff...I think you ought to organise a match between all preston anglers. If the conditions weren't against you I think you might have drawn with or even beaten Matty D...
Matty was at Monkhall when the fish were shallow in this weather on maggot bit unfair to throw the challenge out really but well done Kayleigh nearly did him
Loving this channel, you seem to have a unique perspective which is clearly working for you. When life returns to normal (🙏🙏) do you plan to record any live matches? Keep it up me duck!!
Great effort Kayleigh! You look absolutely freezing! I’m a bit soft,I’d be sat on the other side of the lake with the wind at my back rather than in my face 😂
Nice video kyliegh and great to see you do something new in a challenge which doesn't get done much on other fishing videos, sorry you missed out on catching more
@@KayleighDowdFishing muchos Gracias. Look forward to hopefully bumping into you one day around the Doncaster lakes. You're my little lads idol at the minute.
@@KayleighDowdFishing thanks for the reply 😊. That's a great idea! How are you attaching it to the pole? Elastic or have you drilled a hole through it? And are you pressing the micros in firmly so that they stay as one lump till they get to the bottom? Or are they breaking up on the way down? Thanks
It already has holes in the bottom so i just got a pair of scissors and made a slit. If you squeeze it a little it will open up and fit onto the end of the topkit. I then just press the micros in and they come out loose when i dip the pot in the water. You can make small firm balls as well and these will come out and go to the bottom and then break up. Hope this helps
Which lake were you on Kayleigh and how much bait in prior to the challenge. I had a go and had 6 and lost 1. Made me laugh as I would have drawn with Matty🤣😂🤣
