Sven this is an excellent video. After playing for just over 1 year now as a right side player I still struggle for consistency with the bandeja / vibora etc. Some great takeaways here to help improve. My favorite tip is the grip forward. Second favourite is the shorter backswing with longer follow through. Thanks again ❤

You are struggling because it’s harder to play overheads on the right side. You only play a good vibora on the right side when you are very close to the fence

Great content! Nice to have a coaching video again after all the interviews. Most important tip for me would be the last one to blow out the swing. And definitely had to laugh about the sudden brain going "Oh sun is shining!" Cheers!

thank you for the video, once again some useful tips for us. Personally, I often find it difficult to decide which stroke to take now, bandeja or vibora, then I think too long and make a mistake....

You have to make a decision! The easier the ball the more often a vibora. Or choose on your feeling. If you feel good about the vibora when you play, choose that one. If you feel better about your bandeja. Choose that one

I really like how you explain movements. I have problems with the footwork (I am almost always frontal) and how to chose between bandeja (the 3 types), vibora and smash. I feel "dangerous" only when I smash...and I know this is a mistake. :D

As a tennis player I would also like to add mistake #12: Hitting the ball too high. It is really difficult for me to subdue my tennis instincts and hit the ball at head-height. I always hit it way too high. Even when the the hit is solid, it's just not a nice bandeja as there is very little slice in it and it often jumps up too high.
