Hey! Thanks for the video, but I give you dis and now explain why Everything you give as advice is loading your cpu too hard, so working with these plugins might be impossible, cause it takes too much time better tell about plugins that can make the same, but not loading your cpu too much
I would LOVE to see more videos about SOUND DESIGN! From where to get particular sounds, also atmospheric, how to make a sound design step by step also in instances where the music track isn't that overwhelming and all the SFX are kind of the music... that's the subject I want to learn more and willing to pay for a concise course or video break-downs! :)
@@liv2.9 Personally I think its overblown and completely unnecessary. When so many effects are put in your video in weird places like that it becomes distracting and deters from the message/story. Less is more in my opinion.
What's like baseline for spec on a newer macbook pro? I tried this PC thing for the last yr and a half and I'm just not about it. I'm going to wait until the new 16inch comes out and splurge, but the specs always confuse me, and I feel like sales reps oversell me stuff.
11. Batch export - Hi Aidin... I think quicker export than your Batch export is "file > project manager > cosolidate and transcode" ... look on it bro ;-) 👍
I keep on rewatching your videos. Trying to find that glow and energy to get back into editing. I'm missing the inspiration to just start an edit. It's overwhelming. That flicker fix is just too annoying not to have known until now....
No mention of the Audio Track Mixer? Most underused panel by video editors in Premiere Pro on RU-vid. Allows you to apply audio effects to entire tracks, useful for audio clips all recorded at the same settings or scenario. I mostly use the track mixer to apply single-band compressors, much better way to balance the volume of music tracks than just lowering the clip volume or master volume
You mentioned that you were doing something for a client video, I don’t think you’ve ever talked about client work on the channel before. Do you think you could make a video maybe about your client video process or something?
Great video will definitely be using some of these tips. I use Davinci Resolve currently, be great to have editing and sound design tips for Resolve users?
Learned a lot from your videos. Made my first cinematic video today, if you ever got to read this, do take some time and check it out, would really appreciate it. Thank you 🙏🏻
I think that optical flow might help me a lot with my workflow in Premiere. I've been struggling with any clips that have adjusted speed. Thanks 🙏 for everything
Duuuuuuude, i just heard the first advice and you just saved me, i've been loosing like 40% of my editing time to waiting for something to load or play for last few weeks, and now it's smooth as butter, i feel so dumb and grateful, you've got a new sub.
Okay the motion blur tip was gold. I've been editing for 5 years and usually avoid adding it because bringing it into After Effects killed my work flow. Definitely going to give that a try! Have you ever tried out any of the Boris Mocha plugins? Thats the first thing that came up when I searched motion blur plugin. I know they have a full suite of products but haven't heard many people talk about them!
Ayyy amped that you picked up something new here! Haven't used any of the Boris plugins before but I'll have to give them a try- always hunting for the best motion blur option haha
Is there something I need to do to initiate the GPU acceleration before it shows up on the settings screen? I have a Windows PC, with an nVidia 1070 card, and when I go to those settings, the "Renderer" option is completely grayed out. I can't select it at all. Anybody else ran into this?
This is something I probably should have clarified in the video- the GPU acceleration option is only available in Premiere if your computer hardware has the option. Also possible that it's only necessary on Macs (must admit I'm not too knowledgeable about the tech side haha)
Yeah, especially if the footage is quite steady & still. It help extremely well. Another one for me is use Position, Scale Rotation rather Subspace Warp... Is better on some scene rather than subspace warp due wobbly effect. Neat Video is also quite important plugin for me, so consider to buy it. it does really help reduce noise significantly, if you use noisy footage and you need cleaner ones for consistentcy
Definitely love the random tip videos. Ones on specific topics, like X Tips for Sound Design, also sounds great. I just like hearing the random things I may or may not know and just keep editing on my brain, yknow
THANK YOU! I'm fairly new to using Adobe Premiere Pro and never did I think to check the GPU usage, I just thought my computer was that slow to begin with. This is a game changer!
I stopped trying to learn using Premiere Pro. Now I am learning Davinci Resolve and loving it. Still, I watched your whole video just because It is YOUR video. I love the way you explain things.
More or less- the effect can cause noticeable ghosting if you have significant motion in the shot. But with slow, smooth motion you should be able to get away with it
@@AidinRobbins yeah, ghosting is what I’m worrying about. Hard for my “niche”, since a shoot lots of moving cars... 😀 But I’ll keep that tip in mind...
