@@jensentung “income earned after significant upfront work” is usually referred to as “residual income.” Don’t take this personally, but the income streams you describe are out of touch. You either need a huge amount of money or huge amount of viewers to get returns from things like print-on-demand services and savings accounts. Even with $100k, you’re making less than $100/week in high-yield savings interest, and then you need to pay about 20% tax on it. So about $80/week on $100k up front. Conversions on print on demand have to be low, like the fraction of a single digit in a very saturated space. If you have 400k RU-vid subs, you can get sales. The average person won’t see anything except maybe a few dollars per month if they’re lucky.
PLEASE don't look at real estate as an investment...we have a much too high number of people unable to find affordable housing as it is. Real estate as investment is only driving that number up.
Of nobody has investment properties there is nowhere for people to rent. Where I live, finding a rental is just as hard as buying a house, so it's still good for the community.

I would suggest you inform yourself on capital gains vs, dividends. There’s no difference between selling fractional shares vs collecting dividends, except that dividends are taxed at a higher rate, therefore worse.

My advice to everyone is this : if you want to grow big this year especially in your finances. Be willing to take risks. Saving is great but taking risks puts you on a pedestal where you wouldnt have to worry about savings as you do now.
