The map I show is the most updated map. I thought I carefully counted the residential lots, but I missed one! Thank you for catching that. 😊 I count 10 residential lots, 2 empty lots (maybe you are assuming they are residential, but the icon does not let me know for sure), 33 community, and 4 job locations.
I ultimately hope they don't overpromise content in this game only to cut most of it out when it's time to release. That, and I hope it doesn't lag, bug out, or crash a lot when it is released.
I agree but also I would caution to not expect perfection with early access. Many games come out with early access and there are growing pains. Take Disney Dreamlight Valley, for instance. Luckily that community (which I am a part of as well) has been generally patient and understanding. But let’s make this community even better! Keep positivity, drive out toxicity… keep the developers accountable but also be realistic and patient. 💪✨
To play this game, you need at least a RTX4080 graphics card. I played this demo a while ago and even with a 4080, there were some stuttering issues. Injoy's recommended graphics spec is 4070, but even with a 4080, there are some stuttering issues. So I think you should have a 4090 to play this game smoothly. And I think you should secure 500GB or 1TB capacity. The demo version also had a fairly large capacity. The good thing about this game is that it will continue to be updated and patched even after it is released. And he said that you can travel to other countries by plane. And he said that you have to earn money to buy a car. And he said that multiplayer will be possible. And there are many professions to choose from in this game. What demo are you referring to? As far as I'm aware, there's only been a select few content creators that were given the game to play for a short amount of time in order to promote it.
Interesting, in relation to the possible causes of deaths, I believe it would be much better that instead of a "Recognition" meter where it implies that a Zoi gets positive points by being recognised by others in whatever field of pursuit they choose, a Zoi could have "Self Actualization" meter. Self actualization refers to the fulfillment of one's life's dreams, from something that starts simply as an idea or aspiration in your life to turn them into actuality/reality. Self actualization can be much larger than simply being 'recognised and accepted by society'. What happens if you're the kind of person who feel uncomfortable fitting in with the rest of society, you are a person who values individuality and uniqueness or simply a person who wants to live privately and are pretty happy being low-key unrecognised by anyone? I am one such person myself. It seems unfair for a zoi to expire simply because they aren't getting 'recognised', in fact to me it feels instead a little patronizing. It makes me feel like i need to make efforts simply in order to be recognised by another or others. This way of thinking can lead to stress and the kind of toxic societal ethics such as where employers can force workers to work overtime unpaid simply to chase their KPI's, or peer pressuring into a certain trend and before you know it the whole entire world looks and dresses the same way following some fad of the moment. Sorry to type out a whole wall of text, but these are just my thoughts and feedback on the issue.
Perhaps we have a different definition of "recognition". I simply was thinking it was the feeling that you are appreciated for an act of kindness or something as simple as that. I don't see it as having to bend to societal trends at all. But providing feedback like you're doing (and others' if they feel the same way) will eventually make its way to the ears of the devs and they may change it.
We need for inzoi to make us be able to control which demographic mostly populate the streets too so like if I wanna turn that area to maybe Brooklyn New York or Chicago realistically it wouldn’t be as many asian people

There will be ways to visit other cities. The director has mentioned adding travel by plane in the future. For now, I’m not sure what method there is, but I’m sure you can.
Death by lack recognition? This sounds too much like what TS4 did with their stupid emotional deaths, which I hate! I hope they have things like that optional, same with sleep walking, the part where you will donate money while sleep walking, I would prefer NOT to have in the game. Seeing as I know this game is going to a lot more challenging to play then a The Sims game, since no game company seems to be able to make a life sim now that doesn't have way more challenges then needed, all so they can get those who play the big challenge filled games, which are more about the challenges then anything fun for your character to do! The whole reason I loved The Sims games, well especially from TS2 through to TS4 ( though a bit less with it, since it has the emotional death thing, where they too have started making the Sims become more challenging, to satisfied and draw in those who like all their games to be super challenging, but the whole reason I loved TS games was they were more relaxing to play then others! Because you didn't have to worry about your characters dying all the time, because there is not bad guys or monsters to worry about killing you! But with these other life sims lately, it seems it's much more hectic, one on Steam, it's called Live The Life, I think, it has you as one character, like inZOI seems to be doing, you buy ( instead of renting a small apartment, I think it's $5,000 or $6,000, it has no amenities at all, not even plugs or switches, which you do need for anything that uses electricity, there is no toilet, shower or sink, no counters for a kitchen, nothing! Which in real life, and in The Sims, the ones with apartments or even houses tend to have bathroom and kitchen furnished buy or rent! So not realistic at all really, they just did all of it to make it harder to play, which should never be the main point of a life sim, not to me! And I bet it will turn out they do the same with inZOI! That's why it really pisses me off that Paradox canceled Life By You, instead of giving the creators a chance to improve it during early access! I have seen some photos of the game that was never released, and people especially had been improved a lot, maybe they don't look as realistic as inZOI, but as they say, looks can be deceiving! I've liked LBY for what I saw of the gameplay, and how EASILY modded it was, they even allowed you to do it in game yourself and cheat in game, easier then in The Sims! I am not going to even touch inZOI until I have seen LOTS of gameplay after it comes out, and even then I may not, since it doesn't have same sex marriage, just civil partnership, and you can't choose your characters sexual preference either! So it's like The Sims games before they added all that in The Sims 4 a few years ago! You will have to fight probably to keep your gay ( whatever they are calling the people ) gay and not bisexual, like in the Sims before! And why do I think there will be microtransactions in this game? I know I heard by the same channel who told us about the same sex marriage part, that all the games made by this gaming company are all online in someway, either multiplayer or Co-op, but in any case they are all online, so why wouldn't this one be? Meow Coins or whatever they called them, sounds like what apps do, where you have to do buy them or do something to get them, which of course not that easy to do, so a lot of people will get inpatient and buy them instead! I just don't trust this game, don't care what anyone says, I won't believe anything about it until I see people I trust playing it and reviewing it!
Sorry, Nikki. You could possibly limit or turn off the sleepwalking but I doubt you can eliminate a need. The meow coins have not been advertised as for purchase with real money. In the gameplay footage I saw it in, you simply rack up meow coins by satisfying desires as you go about your day. Sims have a similar feature.
