my only problem with ea and maxis is that they are known to just shelf a title if they get competition, like with city skylines and sim city. City skylines killed off sim city because city skylines just did everything sim city players have been asking for which they just never added to sim city. So if inzoi or life by you is seen to be too much of a competition, it could just kill off the sims.
Imagine to own all features, you have to pay $1235 for 1 single game. And they put you with excuses like "if you don't like the dlcs, dont buy.". It is annoying, and we just need a good game, that is not overly paywalled. I hope inZOI do you all sims fan justice.
@bloomberries Thinking it's "expensive" isn't enough, if ppl genuinely see a THOUSAND DOLLARS for a game that is cutting content just to do it as "aw it's sad, oh well let's buy it anyway", then yeah I would do what they're doing too. Sucking money out of fans that knows very well they are getting ripped off is not a fact that happens with a good company.
I love that you can move and walk around with the *Zoi with WASD like GTA I’ve always wanted to move my sims in that way instead of clicking everywhere they go
It actually used to exist in the sims ! The sims 2 animals on PS2 :) and on DS I was really sad/disappointed to notice that the PC versions never had that
@@KaliDurga108 i was laughing when i saw the first person added, it's so fucking wonky, you add that when the game has DIRECT CONTROL MOUVEMENT not some shitty point and click movement not working half of the time
I don’t understand why people think EA will change because of InZoi. EA know people will keep playing Sims4, no matter how badly it functions & they'll keep paying for every buggy, glitchy pack as well.
@@Marge719 haven't seen or heard about that yet. But now that you mentioned it, i think it'll be easy to implement that. I mean, they're giving us peanut butter and jelly right? Why not make it into a sandwich.
I really love that they are in the community of fans. Answering questions and inviting us into what would make this game awesome especially considering that we are going to pay for it.
I wish people would focus on this being a good game versus being a driving force for EA to make a better Sims game. Not saying there’s anything wrong with that. But the Sims will be what EA wants it to be. Regardless of what’s coming out. Let’s get behind INZOI for its own unique experience.
A game should come out as fully fleshed out experienced with maybe just a few DLCs that will enhance said gameplay. The Shit 4 came out bare bones and it was heavily relied on tons of packs to make up for the crappy release. A fully developed game costs around 40-60$. Not 1000$.
I was so impressed when I saw the characters can go on a bus to reach a place 😭😭 literally the Sims could never- EA rather have you imagine your sim traveling to X place because they can only make them disappear on the street I hope InZoi adds more Life stages because it feels too weird to pass from a child to a young adult and I hope they also add toddlers and more family relationships (like cousins, uncles, grandfather, etc) The rest is perfect
Yesss! It was a nice surprise hahaha InZOI has so many different travelling options it's so amazing! Bus, cas, walking... aand yes they added a few more life stages, this is the latest list: Baby, Toddler, Child, Adolescent, Teen, Young Adult, Adult and Senior! I don't about other family relationships though, I hope they add that too!!!
The problem with The Sims 4 having so many packs is the bugs. They make sure new dlc is compatible with the base game but so many packs end up conflicting with each other and each new dlc introduces new bugs they're gonna have to hot fix or they just don't care.
That's true!!! I haven't touched the sims since I got lovestruck just because the bugs annoyed me so much T_T I'll try it out soon though since they've given us so many updates lately, hopefully it's more playable now!
Oh my gosh I feel the same! It's like they've collected all the loved features from the sims franchise and created inZOI, I have high expectations for this game!!! 😍
I seem to remember there was a popstar or idol career. I wish they would implement something like categorized dance animation. like hip hop, pop, jazz and then also make inzois learn like 2-4 count steps that you can kind of mix together to create a full choreography. like little bits of choreos learneable and a vast library of it per category then your zoi could build a choreo and teach it to their group if it decides to be the dancer of the group.
The only time I would be excited for them to have you get certain ingredients to cooking something is that they make it to where you can go to a grocery store. Find the ingredients and check out as one of the zoi workers scan items
I think that's literally a job!! :), i remember seeing something abt that but i could be wrong, it mmight've been another job like themepark employee or smth
40 seasons 40 city living 40 for rent 40 cats and dogs 40 love struck 40 get to work 40 snowy escape 40 get together 40 Island living 20 spa day 20 dine out 10 Fitness stuff 10 laundry stuff 5 bust the dust Total: $425
I saw some videos of a RU-vidr who play tested InZoi, and apparently there is going to be a facial tracker. You'll actually be able to talk as your Zoi! Idk if this is going to come to the early access and release, but I'm just so excited about it! 😄
I'm so excited for inZOI! And when you list out ALL those packs I had to buy in SIMS to have what will be the base game in inZOI, it just blows my mind!
Ohhh I know right!!! T_T I'm just so happy we'll be getting all of that with inzoi's base game!!! Some features I really hated waiting for, like for me it's really hard to play the sims without seasons and really I only transitioned from sims 3 to sims 4 after quite a few packs were available!
I hope this game will come out. I kind of have PTSD from Life By You being canceled. This game looks good, and I hope it does shake up Maxis and EA to do better with The Sims franchise.
Same here. Life by You has made me skittish about being too excited for any of these life sims. Granted, inzoi is releasing a character creator demo next week, so that's something at least.
Thank you for making this video please make more like this more often❤❤ I hope Krafton gets to make you play Inzoi soon anyways how do you know some of theses are confirmed 😮
Oh my gosh you're so sweet thank you so much!!! It really would be a dream come true if krafton would let me play inzoi soon T_T hahahah I got a lot of information from their discord service and from the inzoi resource website!! :)
I hope they have dlcs that activate like Crime/Police stuff or basically mod stuff lol Cause this looks sick. I would love for psychology to be applied to InZoi, trauma, anxiety, ect. I would love to have more realism in such a life simulator.
while i like sims 3 even with its payed dlc, this still looks crazy detailed and i could see myself maybe trying it. heck the idea of having pets base game is really cool
More and more in the past 10 years, game companies have been launching unfinished games, full of bugs, just for later launching dlcs and paid content to fix the game (or leaving to the players to fix). Thats The Sims. But Inzoi is made in Korea. Asian game companies are completely different from that. They launch a game aiming for excellence, not mediocrity.
Every game must be released fully developed. And this is a perfectly reasonable request. I hope the competition with InZoi brings EA to their senses. They always release an empty shell as 'free to play' and then drag users into the trap of DLC with ridiculous prices. I was a nervous when EA announced the development of Sims 5 under the name 'Project Rene'. Because EA announced that Sims 5 will be released as ‘free to play’, and we already know what that means.
Tbh, occults would kill the realism of this game. It works in the sims because of it’s unrealistic play style. Occults would truly have no place for a game like this. Clubs, organizations, and groups perhaps, but occults? Far stretch.
@JazzyJeff910 Nah I disagree. this game could fit occults just as easily as any other game. Maybe not basegame, but it wouldn't kill the realism, some people don't mind a mix of realistic graphics and wacky gameplay.
This may sound odd but I've heard of Sim 4, but I never played it because I saw all of the DLC/features that needs to be paid to be part of the game, and I don't like spending too much money on a game, no matter how good or immersive it looked. It looks like Inzoi will be the solution to the Sim 4 issues, so many things are already included in the base game. I am looking forward to playing the game when it releases as a way to destress after work.
I just hope there is not going to be too many microtransactions, it is honestly better if they sell official DLC from the game developers instead. I realy hope this is not going to be just another FTP game.
I know people say that InZoi or the compedition might help the sims improve but we know EA. They will add couple of featues that are not priority, they will not listen to the comunity and completly ignore what we want. We will need £1000 to play the game fully with bugs, and they will eventualy follow the same money graby strategy they have. I also think because of all the sales The Sims does, they will not take the compedition seriously and we will witeness another SimCity tragety. I hope I am wrong but unfortlunetly its EA and the Sims team is so focused on all the wrong things, and their ideas are sooo stubid. Why would i want 3 diferent packs for pets? or 4 different packs for ocult?
im so excited for this game fr hopefully ea is panicking kinda hope they give a little free trial of create a zoi like the sims 4 did right before release
Things I need to buy this game: 1. Pets. Can't advertise cats and not be able to have pets. 2. Proper children. Babies can't open doors and wander outside. Kids go to school and you can follow them to school. Babysitters and daycare when you're not home and maybe the ability to open a daycare. Kids in the world, not just adults. 3. No game breaking bugs.
Great informative video, I very much dislike how The Sims is so cut to pieces with every new release instead of improving what we already have... InZoi seems to be just how it should be in a modern game, excited to see it develop! ^^
I just wished I could play Inzoi, but my PC has 8GB Ram so it won't be possible. But I'll be watching ppl playing Inzoi & I wish I could get a new PC and Inzoi Beta game to start playing, as some youtubers got that. I've tried to look around but Idk how they give you the game and a PC, I'm a small youtuber, maybe just big youtubers get this? But giving off PCs is so awesome, and sure that they can't give all players the PC's with the Inzoi game. So I won't play it, but I want tobplay more Sims 2 and 3.😊
You go so red when you say babies 😄. I hope the lucky guy makes you happy 🥰🥰 Game looks good. Can't wait an play full ver. vet to the first sims. This looks amazing. As an old school gamer i see what this game is all about and proud to be part of it. Good luck bloomberry 👍 Make it grow. Sims is cool too. Buuut EA. You know ?
LOOOLLLL HAHAHAH Actually I'm from the northeast of brazil and It's basically summer all year around xDDD I think maybe I should have said weather instead of seasons xDD Your comment made me cackle hahahah
Hiii thank you so much for subbing!!! 😍♡♡♡ and yesss I would love that!! I very much enjoyed grocery shopping in the sims 3! Would be nice to have that again hahah 😆
I believe 12g is minimum, and 16g is recommended. I have 16g but my graphics card is put of date. So, this game is going to have to be really amazing for me to make a big investment in a computer that I don't otherwise need.
Oh gosh yes 100%!!! I plan to buy it as soon as it's available, I've been waiting a long time to play this game hahaha and I see it as a mental health investment xDDD
everything is great everything is cool. You made a good point about many details about inzoi and the sims 4. Good comparison, I like the mention of the shortcomings of the sims 4 that EA and the sims team intentionally allowed in my opinion. But I don't agree that inzoi is an open world. This is more like the system of the Rene project and the sims 5. look at the map in inzoi, is it complete? Of course not. they gave us a piece of a district type only x5 times larger. And essentially this is the same system as in Rene’s project. and the sims 4 which I hope will be improved with an expansion pack. In some settings it will be possible to create public lots without loading screens. And here's the same inzoi. Only in the sims 4 there will be less. But inzoi, unlike the sims 3, does not give us an open world. And in the sims 3, the developers cleverly made the city map smaller and didn’t clutter it up. Let's wait and see. It’s possible that inzoi gave us a piece of the map at the beginning, and will expand it with packages. And it will make you complete. Or modders will appear and implement a whole full-fledged map of a city like New York. which of course is unlikely. Unless inzoi gives its players a tool for dividing the entire map into areas. And separately loaded onto each piece of the city district. It's like Times Square. This is South Manhattan. You load into the area and there is, like, the same size map that we see most often now in inzoi. And to save space on your hard drive, it would be nice to have an AI that can make good out of bad quality. type restores compressed textures. No loss of quality in the game. And this is the new master hev. which needs to be used. Therefore, it will be cool that behind all this modern vibe in inzoi there will be the latest technologies that allow you to do something that no one has done before. That's all I've said. Oh, I decided to correct myself in The Sims 3 there was no open world either. cities are the same areas. That's it. An open world is when you have a planet in your game and all the cities are connected like in our reality. And you can get into your transport in the evening and, for example, get to San Francisco by morning. And from there take a plane to Tokyo. By the way, why not use this system to create an open world. the plane is like a loading screen. while you're on the plane and playing with the gameplay of the plane. The game dives into the city you are flying to. In the meantime, you are driving in your car along the highway, which generates the type of objects that you meet. A new area or city is being immersed. And then it will feel like the world is open. since this is a smart location loading system. As now in games there are transitions such as rocks and cracks through which the player makes his way, and the game at this moment loads a new piece of the location.
I don't think inZOI is for me. Aesthetically I think it's beautiful, and based on what I have heard of it so far, gameplay seem to be already wonderful, feels like you are really living in that world. But I suppose, it's not something I am drawn into. For me, the problem with The Sims 4 (or any of the sims games) is that we didn't have weather or pets or whatnot in the base game, they could honestly sell separate weather if they wanted too, the biggest issue I have with the sims 4 is that gameplay features are not only sold separately, they also DON'T work or doesn't really impact gameplay. If those packs really expanded your game, if they had depth, then I wouldn't have any issue with how they chose to sell those features.
I'm gonna guess: seasons, pets (at least Cats & Dogs, i honestly can't see horses bwing base game if ever added), Active Careers (GtW, C&D, GF, DHD, P - Get to Work, Cats & Dogs, Get Famous, Dream Home Decorator, Paranormal. Active Careers, in order of pack releases: Detective, Doctor, Scientist, Veterinarian, Actor/Actress, Interior Decorator, Paranormal Investigator, a.k.a. knock-off Ghost Buster) That's literally all I can think of. All tho, I think The Sims 1 did have Basegame seasons (feel free to correct me on that if I'm wrong), but it's been a paid DLC for The Sims 2 and onward
i literally regret having bought DLC, i was LITERALLY BLIND! The sims made fun of us realizing BASED DLC and act like if them are not BASE but extra….incredible….. I play the sims since the sim 2 and now i wont the sim out.
Hiii!! Well they're working on pools and the beach, zois are unable to swim at the moment but it should be available by the time we have early access!! :))
Imagine they make one game and it’s just the game. No dlc or minimal amounts of dlc. I’d die happy. Plenty of amazing games that have a FEW dlcs and the prices are not insanely priced. EA is shitting its pants and I’m here for it.
So true, exactly!!! I feel like important gameplay shouldn't be DLC... When I think of DLC I think of little extra things to add to your game, cosmetics or minimal gameplay... inZOI is making a strong base game, looking very promising :DD
I love raccoons and the fact that you can get them in this game is awesome if they release dlc to own one I’m buying it 100% I’m from the UK so the only way we see them is if we go to the zoo
Cautiously optimistic! After Life by You cancellation I’m not going to let excitement get to the best of me. I do like the aesthetics of this game way more than Paralives.
I think it's not fair that we keep calling inzoi a "base game". We're just so so so corrupted by The Sims 4 that we find it normal that studios are releasing overpriced games that needs plenty of equally overprices DLCs to work. From what I can see inzoi is going to be a regular, proper game. This is so refreshing.
The truth is that having a full experience in a base game is the standard. The Sims 4 is the one that is different from the other games. Games like Planet coaster, Skyrim, fallout, even disney dreamlight valley....etc These games have incredible base games that don't even need DLC, great games are supposed to be like that: a solid base game with DLC available for those who want more. InZOI is going in that direction which is indeed very refreshing for the life-simulation genre since The Sims 4 base game is just...incomplete... and we don't really have any other games to compare it to since inzoi is the first "real" competitor... The other sims games (Sims 1,2 and 3) had much better base games, it's a shame sims 4 changed that... but anyway it's exciting to see where inzoi is going!!! Can't wait to play it!
I know some people like the direct control of the Zoi. But I do hope that I can click more and control less, so that it's more like a successor to the Sims 3.
Yeah you can make them walk by clicking the floor as well as use wasd, whatever you prefer. There is also an autonomy toggle that you can turn on and off whenever you want :))
@@Yoonji9212 well I have a RTX 2060 laptop version, can't remember if it's 8gb vram or not tho, will have to check... Which steam says is the min spec. Yeah in the grand scheme of things it's not crazy no, but still a lot of money to build a gaming pc or buy a new laptop of course
@@ianoYG still better to put money into upgrading PC and not buying another broken pack in TS4. I don't even understand why people are buying this tbh but that's whole other discussion.
The main difference between inzoi and the sims is that anyone can play the sims 4 base... not everyone can olay Inzoi. With the money you will use in the sims 4 dlc you will have to use on your PC to run that.
I really want a dope ass house in this game, but I absolutely suckk at building. I have the vision but can't put it into practice. I hope we can buy pre made dope ones without paying real money. But if I gotta pay for it, I definitely would, lol.
Never bought a sims dlc, always 🏴☠️it and omg i saw the prices on them never would i be able to buy them. I really excited about inZoi and i hope (although unrealistic) that teachs EA that u can't dlc basic shit in a simulator game and expect we wouldn't jump to the next new best game immterly
Subscribed!! Loved the vibes :D I'm so excited for this game, and I hope that the reccomended specs are working fine on my pc, because the rec specs are exactly what I got
Aww thank you so muchhhh, really appreciate it!!! Yess the recommended specs are quite high!!! But I've seen rumors that there will be different graphic options (like literally design changes) that will make the game playble in lower specs (just rumors really, no real evidence)
The funny thing is, the the two main competitors for Sims both have so many PAID DLC features as base game content... it's kind of sad for EA, but then they are known as the place games go to die, so eh. inZoi looks amazing, so far.
Omg yes, I don't understand when people don't like island living. Then I understood that us people who lived near the sea 🌊 we have a special connection to it.
I feel like a wellness system might be likely since, from what I have seen, wellness is an important part of Korean culture. Please correct me if I’m wrong!!!
Their greediness finally caught up to them. If they don't offer good things people will look elsewhere or create it. And it's goos to have a lot of options.
I still own the Sims 3 with all its DLC's/Add-Ons and hundreds of mods etc for it, IMO I think its way better than Sims4, I do not know why they would remove vehicles in Sims4. Sims has been the leading life Sim game for a long time, even since the early release of Gameboy. It has been a good run with Sims. When inZoi releases Sims will be forgotten and modders will be more preoccupied with creating mods and CC's etc for InZoi. I am hoping that Inzoi will be as revolutionary as Sims was in its era... because InZoi has so much potential to be even greater.
The more i watch, the more I get sad. EA really traumatized us 😭 Even if I finally stopped giving them my money, it feels like im rolling my eyes every time I hear about an ex.
That's one of the reasons I stopped even playing The Sims because I had everything from The Sims one then I had everything from The Sims 2 what half of that I already had in Sims 1 and also you have way much more cool stuff in The Sims one than you had in the Sims 2 what the Sims 2 did look better than Sims 3 while it did look better it didn't get that much DLC when it came out it took a few years I think before there was actually something but I didn't pay much attention to the Sims 3 anymore and the Sims 4 I tried once and I was done I was not going to go through all the DLC's again I was tired of it I already played like thousands and thousands of hours it was the first pc game I ever played Seeing this new game that's going to come out that actually looks way better than anything The Sims has ever done everything about this game is what I always wanted so I'm really really want to give this new game that's going to come out and try and that says a lot because it's been 67 years since I played the Sims at all when did the Sims4 came out, You know around that time was the last time I played The Sims
I have nothing against if they want to introduce a moderate amonth of optional payed DLC for cosmetic things, it is only 3rd part payed mod content created by people who are not associated with the game developers team that tend to destroy good games or at least take away most of my motivation. I am willing to pay for some official DLC if it is something i realy want and it has enough new content that it feels worth to pay for.
❌ Inzoi: Base Game ✅ Inzoi It's sad how The Sims normalized this "base game" crap that we're bringing this up to other games that simply doesn't follow their greedy practice.
Honestly That's too ambitious for the rookie developer Don't be easily fooled by things that haven't happened yet, especially since they won't necessarily be released. Afraid you'll be get scam that they promised
guys i cant download the demo. it say my computer dosent support Directx 12 and to try running whitout the -dx12 or -d3d12 code lines like pls help me im gonna cry if i cant try the demooooo... T_T
Hi. I have a question. I was wondering. Are we going to be able to change things like Eye Shape? Nose shape? Mouth Shape? Body Shape? Arms shape and Legs shape? Like we can in the Sims 3 and Sums 4? Again I have just been wondering about this. 👍✌
