I passed the NCLEX on my first try at 75 questions! Thank you so much for all of your help these last several years. I’ll still be listening as a new nurse.❤
I came across your videos one night in desperate need to enhance my learning experience after not passing my hesi exit first attempt and let me tell you, you put things in perspective and I learned so much more on how to answer those questions since I’m not the best test taker. Thank you for everything you do and please keep doing it for others!
I take my nclex March 25, I’ve been out of school 7 years . I bought a study course and when I tell you. I understand and remember more from following your videos. Thank you so much for your videos 🥰
Hi Professor D thank you so much, i took my nclex exam on friday and i passed. I started to hear about nexus nursing on nov 21st and started listening and watching your RU-vid lectures. They help me passed the nclex. I've been sharing it now to my friends whose studying for the nclex exam. I wish I had known about your channel two years ago.
I was having some anxiety over taking my upcoming boards but your videos have really helped ease that! You simplify things in a way I wish school did. I will be watching more until the big day! Thank you for these and the personality is incredible!!
Tip #10 really stuck out to me. I always caught myself thinking about that while taking exams in nursing school, and I would always get the question wrong.
I have a cousin who never studied much, we studied together but she gives most of her time to her phone than her studies after writing the nclex exam last month she passed and i failed😢, i asked her how she did it, just found out she got help from Mr Richard
Passing the NCLEX test is when you study hard, if you can’t study or you don’t have time for your studies I’d advise you get yourself a help like Mr James
It’s been almost 2 years I can’t get out of my head the nurse 3 student who was yelling at me these tips, now everytime I hear this video I know she was binging on your videos, fellow nurse student share the information don’t act like you can’t share the goods I want to hear who is your resources, sharing is caring ppl
Hello, I advise you to contact Dr Luther if you are preparing for your nclex, be it RN or PN. He is the reason I and my husband are very happy today working as Rns

Lol I'm one of those nurses that would have called the doctor on the example question. I think of it as adverse vs. expected findings of the medication administration. To me, it doesn't seem like enough trend or information is given to stop the infusion. A 40mL drop in urine output compared to increasing premature contractions by way of stopping the infusion seems like you'd do more harm than good. I'd keep the infusion running and call the doctor. I don't understand how you could argue the Kidney's are struggling. You've witnessed an expected side effect that's no where close to critical level.
