Q #20 I initially chose A thinking Sexual function was correct, because I recently saw a Dr’s video where a young male came in with an erectyle dysfunction complaint. The Dr proceeded to do a digital rectal exam to assess muscle tone. The patient wasn’t able to squeeze the Dr’s finger on command. Fast forward they found a tumor on his lower spine that impaired both sexual function and lower bowels/ muscle tone. I related it to the paraplegia since lower extremities lose function including bladder, bowels, and reproductive organs.
