Your videos are very helpful. I’d love to get your thoughts on visitor policies, perhaps in a future video. Many of my guests are visiting family or friends in the area, often for an event. The guests will often invite family members and friends to the STR and sometimes I realize later that the event was actually held at our property despite prohibition on parties and events! Airbnb defines parties as “disruptive” events so perhaps my guests feel that their baby shower doesn’t qualify, but I don’t want 16 people at my house. How do I avoid these situations? A 24 hr max occupancy or strict limits on visitors would probably turn off good guests. Maybe adding a definition of a party or event? Thanks!
