We are going to cook a special Iranian dish called Jewelry Pilaf or as it's said in Persian, Morasa Polo(مرصع پلو).Its name comes from its colorful ingredients that look like jewellery that are on the toping of the Pilaf. Besides, we are going to make chicken breast in its special recipe that completes this super delicious Persian food.
