In this video I'm going to show you how to cook an Iranian popular food called Gheymeh Stew.In Persian food culture we have many different stews that we serve with Pilaf.They are very important dishes here in Iran.One of the most popular stews for us is Gheymeh Stew.It is also called Potato Gheymeh stew (خورش قیمه سیب زمینی ).Today in my cozy village house I'm going to make it.And if you want you can cook it for Iftar,because it is ramadan too.Here in Iran it's spring and we have many beautiful flowers in the garden that you can see tham too.This dish is a very rich food because it is contained of many different rich ingredients that i will write down below.You can also see my little Persian cat called Asal.i hope you enjoy this video 🥰
