You turned me on to the Kindle page turner a while back. I had stopped reading as much due to arthritis. The page turner is a true game changer. I no longer get sore hands from holding the Kindle just so I can turn a page every couple minutes. Thanks so much.
Warning: I was having my child use that iodine nasal spray everyday, but it totally messed with her thyroid. It showed up wonky on some bloodwork. I stopped the nose spray and her thyroid numbers went back inside the normal range a month later. So strange.
Actually it’s not weird at all & so glad you mentioned it! Iodine has a direct tie to thyroid health/balance! People need to be careful but iodine when depleted is vital & can make a huge difference in health. It’s a balance!
Years ago, I purchased and used a mini rebounder. After watching this, I got mine out again. Already noticing positive signs to my health (just 5-8 min "Health Bounces" (where my feet barely lift off the mat))! Thanks for the reminder, Brittany!!

I stop buying all must have Amazon gadgets. Feeling great. Less clutter in house. I use to use them ones than store them for years . I declutter recently most of those items and not buying anymore. My life is more peaceful.
I have recently started decluttering and stopped buying gadgets (my goodness I donated 4 boxes from the kitchen only) we don't need a garlic rolling slicer..etc..back to basics and I'm feeling better

Dang girl I am going to order that nose spray immediately! My child is disabled so I go to school with him daily to assist when needed. We have NEVER been so sick since we started school! It has been horrible! Thank you!! ❤

Yes!! Rebounding is AWESOME 💜 been doing it for years. The channel I Jump Instead here on RU-vid has some great rebounder workouts but most of the time I just do my own thing. SO fun and it just makes you feel so good 😊

Hang in there - One thing is that I know that getting sick is no fun, but if you’re completely warding off the illness/virus doesn’t your immune system get very low? Just curious because I’ve always believed that your immune system is built up better after recovering from an ill us and you build antibodies better - no?
BRITTANY I am a preschool teacher and I’m going to get that nasal spray so fast. I have been sick at least 7 times this year. It’s my first year and they say your immune system builds up but I’m still currently recovering from strep 😅
How did you convince your kids to do the nose spray every day? My kids fight me on everything. I actually already bought the spray through your link previously but my kids run away and act like I’m crazy when I try to get them to do it.
I got that nail brush when you recommended it the first time. I have had it ever since and use it every day. Not only that, I got a second one for our other bathroom! It’s the best!

I think I'm gonna try the nasal spray. Even now in summer everyone around me seems to get sick. (Its rainy and cold 😒). But why is the brush 'unusual'? Here in Germany EVERYONE has this on their sinks. Especially when using soap bars and not liquid ones. 🤔
9:26 I have a personal theory, not backed by any scientific studies about getting common colds. I think it's good for you. I've noticed that people either nasty autoimmune diseases or cancers almost never have colds. I have MS, a mild lupus, rheumatoid arthritis and history of breast cancer, you know what I don't get? Flues and common colds, but also high yeast in the body, trauma in childhood and continuous stress create a sort of a perfect storm. Don't listen to me I have zero qualifications to utter anything like the stuff I said

I LOVE kindle but I confess...I usually use my Kindle Fire because I use the text to speech function which allows me to "listen" versus read - Between Kindle Plus Catalog (FREE books) and Audible PLUS (Free books) I've listened to 55 books this year!!
