I think of all you have shared with us and continue to be wowed by the range of your talent and work, plus your understanding of various cultures, internet sites, etc. Not sure how you have fit it all in. Your channel is the only artist's chit-chat I enjoy. So much interesting going on in your life. Love it! Thank you.
Love it. Well done. I have been studying water color for a number of years. I have a lot to learn. Since I am self taught there were 2 things that took a long time to learn. The first was that the paper makes a huge difference. Number 2 and the hardest to learn is water. The most basic thing about water is that while working on a painting the amount of moisture on the brush and on the paper is monumentally important. It is why the paper is so important. For example: the amount of cotton in the paper determines how long the paper hold the moisture. The more cotton the longer the paper holds the moisture. Knowing that when you load your brush and the amount of moisture on the brush matches what is on the paper you have a better chance of getting a smooth color. If the brush is more wet then the paper, you will likely get cauliflowers. Not enough moisture on the brush then the paint on the paper will be lifted. The overall thing that marries the first and the second points is that watercolor painting is moving the bead of water. So consistency in controlling the bead of water
And once you understand that then replace the water with sea water and start learning again, hahaha, it’s so much fun. I use 300gr cold pressed, it lets you run over the wet paper forever, doesn’t hurt the paper at all, that’s what I like. Montval, best paper there is imo.
Always great when you chat! Only…. The recording was so low we had to turn the sound all the way up😂. Looking forward to seeing where you go with this ‘new’ project ❤
I absolutely love you. ❤️ im a 62 year old woman from Canada 🇨🇦. Your personality is awesome. So sorry to hear that your dog bites. Im not sure what you can do to prevent it. It saddens my heart for the dog and yous. Absolutely love your art and I will be downloading ❤ Take great care ❤

I'm afraid you will have to do some training with your dog, like it or not. If he bites again, that person may bring you to court to put the dog down. A trainer is needed here if you can't do it yourself. We've all had tough lives, but we don't go biting people. We have been trained to have manners. Train your dog.
Well I did put a sign up at the door and told the painter not to go to the living room , I had the dog in there with the door closed. I had told him 3 days in a row that he will bite but he just opened the door and walked in. I am very careful and don’t think he could ever take me to court for doing something he was warned not to. But I agree training might be something needed.
