Sounds like a ground issue.. the first thing I would do is take the radio back out unplug each connector and reconnect them one by one making sure everything is sitting flush.. I would also make sure nothing inside the dash is touching tape down any wiring that doesn't have shielding over it.... Next reboot the radio after making sure the previous steps are completed

There are both that works with this radio.. ok Google is installed after setting up your Google account, and alexa can be downloaded from the play store... so both features that you would rather have is an option.... I use ok Google myself!

That's correct you won't have the same things in yours as I have in mine because we have different vehicles... I have a dodge durango.. If you vehicle is equipped with parking assist then it should be in there if it is not then that explains your issue.. you either received a bad canbus which supplies all of that information to the radio or the seller didn't program it to work with your vehicle which is very rare... Before you purchased the vehicle did you provide the seller with a picture of your dashboard?

Then my suggestion to you will be to contact the seller, because it appears that your canbus may be defective or wasnt programed correctly for your radio

Yes,...mine Actually does... And yours should too my cousin Actually has one installed in a explorer and his does... not sure If this would have something to do with your cars accessory or they may not have provided you with the correct wire harness for that feature.. im not very familiar with ford.. but I would assume it's missing the accessory wire on the harness..

@@DRSKINGDAVID no not recording on the radio exactly. I’ll be connected to my radio playing music through bluetooth & if i record a video on any app I’ll have no sound in my video. Can’t hear the music I’m playing in the background. It’s like the audio doesn’t transfer from the radio to the video on my phone. Hard to explain lol

Ok so if your recording from your phone and the audio isn't transferring while connected to Bluetooth that could simply be a setting in the ap that your recording from.. ill read the message again a few more times to try to truly understand what it is your saying because like you said its hard to explain so im having a hard time understanding exactly what it is your trying to do... A lot of apps that record though have settings to where you can include audio or cut it out, if you get what I'm saying. Check the settings in the app your using to record and see if that could be causing the issue.. still not 100% sure if your recording on your phone or from the radio when this issue is occuring... But I will definitely try to help figure this out once I know exactly whats going on...

Hello thanks for watching... Can I ask was it rebooting before the upgrade? If not redownload the upgrade file and from whatever source you received it from and reinstall the upgrade... There may be a corrupted file causing it to reboot.. if it continues to do this even after a fresh install of the current file request a new file from the seller letting them know you think the previous file may be corrupted then reinstall.. you should be good from there if not I would roll back to the previous files in which the radio was working and wait until a newer version is released

Usually by tapping the screen, if that dosent work, try a hard reset of the unit.. if that dosent work you may want to contact the seller, as they have been selling a lot of defective units...

I did. Im not with my car at the moment to actually give you a specific rundown on how to do it.. but you go into settings and tick allow music while in reverse.. you can also set the volume that you would like it to lower to while in reverse.. so there's a couple settings there... when I actually have time ill write down and relay the exact steps..

Ok so what you want to do is go into your general then user settings and make sure parking sound is on, and Sound attenuation when reversing is set to on.... hit me back and let me know if it worked for you...

Thanks i definitely appreciate that.... and Yes its a strange issue our durangos have, had the same issue with the uconnect... I was gonna do a video on it but never got around to it... its a short term fix and will come back again but just do this everytime to make it work... the other button on the steering wheel that is used to toggle sources hit that toggle through all the sources land on the source that your trying to use the volume on and it should start to work... its realy weird haven't really been able to pin down why this happens or why doing this works but it has worked for me... let me know if this does work for you.

I purchased it from Ali Express a store called professional car audio this radio does keep support for the oem cam and it also supports aftermarket cameras before purchasing this radio you will need to contact the seller and send them a picture of your current dashboard also they will ask for certain information regarding your car to send you the correct canbus with the radio to retain features.. The camera does activate when reversing or you can view it without being in reverse as well

Sounds about right to me 63 and up should by the range for warmer temps.. And 61 and below. Also seems correct for cooler temps..

Mine dosent have the parking sensors, but I know several people who had this issue... they had to have there canbus that comes with there radios replaced... So in this case you would want to reach out the manufacturer and let them know of the issue, im almost positive thats gonna be your issue as well..

The software that it was shipped with.. maybe your screen saver is just different..

I 100% have no idea what your talking about, no radio should ever have to be programmed to give of sound from any app source.. Unless you have youtube or the videos that your playing muted there is another issue and blockage isn't it.. First thing you should try is resetting the unit... get a small pin that fits in the tiny hole on the bottom left side of the radio, hold it in for about 10 seconds allow the system to fully reboot. Once it starts up then try it again also make sure you do not have the apps your using muted... if your getting sound from the radio you should receive sound from the apps your using... if this dosent work I would advise you to contact the seller and explain your issue... Let me know if this works... im not sure I can help you with this one as this is a very odd situation..

I would try a Reset of the radio.. if that dosent work contact the seller you made the purchase through. That is a very odd situation dont think I have ever came across that.. Try a reset of the radio by holding in the reset button located on the bottom left side of the radio for 10 seconds then try it and cross your fingers.. Let me know if that helped..

Thanks for watching man much appreciated.. take the unit back out of the dash, unplug the connector that controls the ac and heat, plug it back in and make sure its fully seated... then start the unit back up allow it to fully boot then do a hard reset from within the system not from the reset button on the bezel... Allow it to fully boot then recheck to see if it works if it does not you may need to contact the seller you may have a unit with a faulty canbus module

I dont have the stock rear entertainment system in my vehicle.. you will have to ask the developer about that.. I have heard of people getting it to work but I dont have it myself... pretty sure though you would connect the wires from the rear entertainment system to the radio..

Hello if you have a rearview camera that has never worked since installation then that would point directly towards a bad camera or connection issue, make sure your camera is plugged into the correct video input connection on the back of your radio... and if your doors are switched on your radio when opening your car doors then that would have to do with settings inside of user settings in which I wil get back to you on once I'm in my vehicle and can give you the exact steps to follow... Should be sometime tommorrow if you haven't allready figured it out...

@@DRSKINGDAVID Ty...its the original factory camera that worked just fine until the install, I got it from a seller in China so they agreed to send me an aftermarket camera that should work with the unit...Ill see how that goes

@@rcp11202 hello sorry for the late response but been dealing with my brother passing away.. to fix the doors showing reverse in the front... go to settings then scroll down to install sett click on that enter pass code 666888 once in scroll down till you see right side then set that to off.. you do not need to reset the radio this should work right away... let me know if this helps

I will have to look at my settings to remember exactly how to get there but your image is reversed and it's a setting that can be changed within the units settings once I have time to check I will report back here with those settings..

Ok so I haven't been able to get to my vehicle yet but here is what I recall... go to settings on your radio.. go to install set type in 666888 or whatever the password is for your radio once in there you will se several settings involving cameras its one of those settings go in there try them all 1 at a time after reset your radio so the setting applies.. or wait untill I get.in there myself to.tell you the exact setting..

Thats strange I dont have a heated steering wheel myself but I know people that do and they haven't experienced that issue.. I would try to hard reset the radio first... if that dosent work make sure your settings in console for heated steering wheel are enabled.. and if that dosent work yo may have a radio with a bad canbus, and if so you will need to contact the company in which you made the purchase

Hi before you order they b will ask you the make and model of your car and will send you a canbus thay will interface with you vehicle allowing this to be done automatically.... It will allready be there when you receive the radio

But phoenix has a built in sound system that you can access via tha apps panel.. if your looking to boost your sound even further go to settings make sure its on general scroll down to install sett enter code 666888 unless you changed it.. Ok so wat you wanna try first is to hard reset the radio, if that dosent work unplug the power cable containing the canbus from the radio leave it unplugged for about 15 minutes then plug it back in, if the problem persist then you will have to contact the seller and have them send you another canbus module because the one you received is more than likely defective

You can't... apps that aren't fitting correctly you will need to do a pinching motion on the screen the same way you would do on your phone.. i really wish they would include a option to remove these bars but as of yet they have not.

@@antoniojuarez42 Definitely the first time this type of problem has come across my desk...... I would recommend you go to user settings and hit save and reboot try it then.. Im guessing what your saying is that your stations are frozen and you can't change to another from the current one your using... don't reboot with the pin method for most radios that dosent work correctly use the method I stated above... if this dosent work I would be contacting the seller since this is the rarest type of problem at least your the first I've ever heard of having it..

Yea it definitely will bekome a pain in the ass if you don't keep up on the firmware updates.. I install all of mine and don't have issues.. but I have witnessed strange things happening if the radio isn't updated.. contact your seller if you haven't already and see what firmware version you should be running..

You must have gotten it from Phoenix?? They are horrible to deal with, that's y I didn't get mine from them.. But having this radio it's vital you update it, because if not it becomes unstable and your experience will be horrible with it..

Yes that's exactly what they are... Just like these phones.. the guy on Facebooks name is sergey and I'm familiar with him.. some people have had great story's after downloading his firmware others not so much... I believe he charges 1oo dollars for his it gives you a ton of options as far as themes and other features, as far as stability not sure because I have never used it.. the process is downloading the file into a USB stick preferably 4 gb.. it will come in a compressed file unpack the files into the USB drive insert the USB stick into one of your radios USB port then reboot the radio.. it will then ask you if you want to update the firmware click yes and let it do it's thing.. you will see a huge improvement once this is accomplished.

It should allready be active on your radio,, but if not There's a app on the radio called txz speech.. This allows you to turn the function on and off and also gives you a list of commands you can use..

I found the settings for the directions showing in the cluster... the settings are under console. Go to console should be in the top bar at the top of the radios screen... click on settings cog wheel after selecting console then scroll down until you se the setting to turn on show directions in cluster while using turn signals..

I should have a video up on how to get them to work this Thursday when I get the car back...

At 23:47 of this video you will se where the setting is to enable this feature..

@@DRSKINGDAVID you're an absolute real one for coming back and following up. Not seeing navigation in the cluster was the sole reason why I was hesitant on doing the upgrade. And now because of you I will get it. I'll wait till Thursday for when you upload the tutorial. Does the cluster work for any maps being used like waze or Google maps or does this only work with the factory off brand maps that comes with the 12 inch navigation. Yes there's an app on the system called TXZ SPEECH.. go into that app and locate the setting to turn it off

And if your user interface is in Chinese you will have to go to the user interfaces settings and change the language from Chinese to english... @@DRSKINGDAVID Wow you are fast! I am still watching all your video's to get the help I need. I just did an update 2 days ago because things started to mess up and didn't work. I've had my system for a year now and love it. I only do simple things with it but trying to learn a lot more features they have. I seen somewhere on your screen you had TXZ speech, I'm looking to download the correct one for my car. Ford Edge sport is what i have. Everything is in English except for the UI area only given me 3 Chinese writing. Yes the voice control is what I want. I don't want to have to push my steering wheel button if I don't have too. Thank you I will wait to hear from you tomorrow.

And the name of the app that shows all of the commands your vehicle does is called txz speech.. go into the app and make sure this is enabled.. reboot your radio look for a message to appear at the bottom of the screen that says voice in it,.. this is how you know it is working properly ..

@@stephaniecaradine5801 No problem.. on this channel i help people as much as I possibly can... These apps are allready preloaded with the radio no need to install anything on the phone side... The little green guys name is index launcher that's just used for the original launcher that came with the radio... txz speech is a app that you'll find in your all apps screen preloaded to the radio, and can not be downloaded from the play store.. if you can't find it you will need to contact the seller..

I dont know much about the 10 Inch but for the most part all android radios are similar the first thing I would try is a hard reset from your radios settings because the button for resetting dosent work effectively sometimes.. also I noticed you said the radio button was missing if this is the case then somehow it has been uninstalled have you placed any system upgrades from anyone like Sergio onto this radio? if so those upgrades are known to remove factory applications and you would have to contact the seller for a replacement file.. Out of all the issues I have heard of with these radios this would be a first, I would try the hard reset as stated and if that dosent work contact the seller because the file may be missing or corrupted..

I guess i have the top of the line a little to advance for the radio. They said i can't retain the heated steering wheel at all. And the contour seats i can't used the app. But i can still use the sync3 unti for my contour seats.

@@drpl420 I know right LOL!! yea they have told people things like that in the past, and then a couple months later release a update that integrates the feature... Remember these are android units and anythings possible with these things.. I almost want to say that's just there way of avoiding any conflicts if later on for any reason it can't be added.. but the radio is 100,000 percent worth it in my honest opinion
