LSU will get better with new players (32 lost; 19 to NFL; and two coordinators gone); Tigers started 19 Freshmen this 2o2o showing, and only returned four, with just one Offense & three Defense.
It’s so funny to me how Jalen hurts left the SEC to play easier teams and end up having to play the greatest SEC team of all time in the first round of the play offs
@@mikeparkerson1497 then Jalen hurts was awful idk the Oklahoma defense actually showed up that season to bad it didn't when they had a good QB in there.
He left the SEC to play easier teams 🤔 Thats an extremely ignorant 🤡-like statement. He left Alabama because Tua won the starting job and Oklahoma was on the rise at the time with a great QB Coach & OC. I love when people that don’t know 🏈 try to talk 🏈. 🤦🏽♂️
LSU reminds me of the 1972 National Champion USC trojans. Watched em with dad when i was a kid. Same team. Overpowered opponents and stormed on offense.
LAST YEAR WAS A WONDERFUL YEAR .. THIS YEAR THE TEAM GOTTA GET ON THE SAME PAGE WHEN WE ALL AS ONE TEAM WE GONNA HAVE ANOTHER UNDEFEATED YEAR 💯💯💪🏿💪🏿 #LSUNATION GOOOOO TIGERS

LSU did everything except set Oklahoma's wagon on fire, what a game! 2020 was rough but all those young players grew up and we're returning a ton of talent for 2021, Geaux Tigers!
SEC teams have always had better athletes on the defense just now, we moved some to offense. We might let team score more now but we score a lot more now.
WANNA HEAR SOMETHING DOWN RIGHT IRONIC??? LSU HAS WON 4 NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS THE LOSING TEAMS WERE 58' CLEMSON 03' OKLAHOMA 07' OHIO STATE 19' CLEMSON THE OTHER 3 TEAMS IN THE 2019 CFP.......
1:25:37 Sounds like one of the commentators is grimacing about OU's blown coverage and saying "Come on..." and then the other dude says "On target!" Seems like the "Come on" guy was letting his bias show.
That pass interference on Derrick stingley he was trying to keep a hand on him while he looked for the ball then he tripped and didn’t mean to bring him down with him
@@bryanrobbins5911 before or after the touch-tone telephone was invented? OU specifically knows how difficult the SEC is, losing three straight times in three straight semi-final matchups with UGA, bama and LSU. I know it stings, but OU hasn't really been relevant since, what, '03? Hm, seems as though they lost to an SEC team at the end of that year, too...
@@mattsmith2656 but they made to the playoffs 3 years straight as a big 12 program and very nearly almost went to the nation championship in overtime in 2017-18 season
hoo boy. now thats a team to stand with the 2001 Miami Hurricanes who should you for one second believe any other team 9.8 pts per game. yeah yeah Nebraska who could never beat the Florida teams losing 3 national titals to Miami alone.
Jalen hurts was awful... Idk what happened he looked like such a good QB in the beginning of the season but then he played Kansas and was awful and he just got worse and worse after that and what is really is unfortunate the Oklahoma defense came to play that season.
Please stop talking about rocket arms. Plenty of rocket arms make waves in college but don't even make much of a ripple in the pros. It's how many are caught and how many get to the end zone, not how fast they fly. Joe Burrow throws like Tom Brady - lots of air under the ball. And lots of completions when the ball comes down right on target. That's what counts, not ball speed.
Todd Blackledge did a very poor job as an announcer in this game. As an Alabama alum, he CLEARLY does not like LSU. The network should give serious consideration before putting him in a game with ANY SEC team. Around 42 minutes (as well as other times), he shows his true colors. My message to the network--do better vetting.
