Agreed! I just got back from Ireland and managed to spend about the same mount for a week. My biggest cause of concern was driving on the other side of the road with a mannual car (all to save a couple hundred $). It was worth it, but made for some interesting moments. The people were freindly, the sites amazing, and there are castles everywhere!

Nicole Marie it is! Middle Earth. And it's so different North to south. You get everything in one country: white beaches, rain forests, a big city, native culture, big mountains, fjords and glaciers. It's insane. I loved it.

My first time travelling alone was to NZ and I can safely say it was the greatest trip ever! If you don't know what kind of holiday you're after visit NZ. So much to see and do and also super easy to get around. Can see all the hits within 2 weeks easy.

My trip was absolutely wonderful, of course there were a few bumps along the way along with some things I would've done differently but that's part of the process of learning & growing, right?! I missed one of my flights coming back home & had myself a bit of a meltdown (never again will I book through 3rd party website) but pulled myself together enough to figure things out! The overall experience was amazing tho & cannot wait to be able to get back there for another visit!! Where are some places you've visited?

@@DeeDee-de5wc That's great, sorry to hear about your flight, I've haven't been unfortunate enough to have that experience yet thankfully haha. I mostly do smaller trips around Europe, due to only getting small blocs of time off from uni, but I've got family in New England that I visit too. In my first year I did one week trips to Portugal, Croatia and Bosnia, and to Budapest and Slovakia. Then in that summer (2019) I went to work in LA for 3 months and also did some travelling around the US. After that I went to Israel and Jordan, and then to each of the Scandinavian countries last February. Then it was the pandemic so that kinda ruined my summer plans (I was supposed to go back to LA), but the travel restrictions in Europe eased off in the summer so I booked some last minute trips instead. I got to Malta, Italy, San Marino, Slovenia, Berlin and Prague, and then second wave hit so I've been grounded since then. The UK's vaccine rollout has been great though so I should be back in the US again for work this summer hopefully, this time near DC. I finish uni too in May so I want to take a gap year, starting with backpacking from Colombia to Mexico in September I hope.

Montreal is the best part of Canada!

I live in Montreal and I think the best of Canada is the nature and landscape. 😉People are so welcoming outside big cities. But i'm more about nature than cities, so may be that why I don't like Montreal that much :P
