I absolutely love how your product recommendations are actually practical items that we can use, but that also happen to add visual beauty…..rather than just mindless useless junk 😊
It’s funny you spoke about condensing knowledge into a book and I feel like everything I’ve learned since getting my own place is mentioned in your list. If I had to choose the top 3: - bidet - remote control lights - tumbler insulated I’m going to get the motion sensor light per your recommendation it looks super nice.
I disagree with a Smart Display in the home. Specifically any of the Echo Show's from Amazon. They've slowly but surely began rolling out more and more scrolling advertisements on their displays with no way of turning them off. The last thing I want in my house is a billboard
I recently bought the muji diffuser based on your recommendation in a different video and I am obsessed. It's the one thing I will have my eye on during the upcoming sales. Thank you.
Thanks for your suggestions. After watching the video, I purchased the motion sensor lights for my 2 staircases. $19 Canadian on Black Friday sale. I installed them and not only are they practical but they look nice. I hope they last a long time between battery changes. Now I subscribed to your channel.
Thanks for curating this list. Why is your shopping front in the US when you are based in Sydney? I appreciate you because you are one of the few Aus based ID specialists, while most others worth any salt are in North Am
I made the storefront years ago and back then amazon only has storefront for the US version. But I’ve also turned one amazon’s onelink so theoretically it should auto redirect you to AU amazon, but if that’s not the case then I have to look into it - may be some technical stuff from amazon there.
It’s weird how similar you and I think, in every video I am just like, oh yes, I do that, oh yes I have that… it’s fun, I feel your style is very contemporary Scandinavian
Do you have links for the items mentioned in the Aroma and Diffuser section of the video? I didn't see them included in your Amazon Storefront link. TIA!
Reynard, have you tried using any of the Govee smart bulbs? Wondering how does that compare to the Phillips Hue/ Ikea system especially in producing a nice colour.
Reynard, do you have a link for the dimmer switch/knob control that you used during your lighting portion of the video? This is just what I've been looking for.💡 Thanks and I appreciate your time and ideas. ☺️
That's perfect! I actually use Hue bulbs throughout my house and never realized that they had a wall mounted dimmer switch! Thanks for letting me know! ☺️
Along with an electric toothbrush, I would very strongly recommend a Waterpik. I’m shocked by how much debris is pulled out by the water jet. Taking proper care of your teeth now will (literally) save you tens of thousands of dollars down the road.
Would you please provide a link to the bidet attachment. I have been unable to locate that particular link. Thank you for an interesting video and very useful information! 🙌🏼🙌🏽
Love your recommendations! I wanted to purchase the Govee heater but its not available to purchase in Australia T.T Is there another you could recommend? Thanks!
Just bought 2 of the thermos's and some of the lighting based on your recommendation. Thanks! I also want to buy the lamp shown at the very beginning of the video, what 's the product name or where did you get it?
Oh sorry, I should have clarified. I meant in the first second of the video, you have a black indoor lamp on the right side of the screen. THAT's what I'm trying to find haha.@@reynardlowell
"invest in good knifes" shows global... the weld between the handle and the blade do tend to rust after some use and will eventually brake. had several, have had it happen to several of them. buy knifes whit traditional handles, safe bet.
Just a heads up pull through knife sharpeners are usually really bad for your knives and if you have expensive ones that you want to last for a long time then a whetstone is far superior
I was really interested in purchasing a design book listed in the link until I viewed the photos and comments of others. A lot of the books received from Amazon are severely damaged. Buyer beware unless bent Wabi Sabi is your thing.
Global knives look good but they're welded to the handle creating a weak point. Sturdier knives will have a full tang. Also if you're spending that much on a knife don't damage it by getting a cheap gadget sharpener or by putting it in the dishwasher
