Really like your vids with Sandra, having both the male & female perspective simultaneously is something other channels don’t necessarily offer. Keep grinding, shout out from Long Island!
You two are just awesome. You explain fragrances in such a simple yet unique and fun way. My favorite seductive scent that I can never stop smelling is indeed dior homme intense. It activates brain cells in my brain that I didn't know existed. God made this fragrance
Good informative video but please also mention which fragrance is good for winter or summer season because I live in one of the hottest places on this planet.
@@amirbalaous3041 I'm not sure if it does, but I notice that my skin compared to others my age, 50s is Stoll very youthful with no wrinkles and I am naturally tanned. Tongue in cheek I may have inherited a little more olive oil in my skin. It definitely let's fragrances radiate from me.
@@JN-ub3zk Make sure you check out my review of it 😊To me it's really focused on fig and sandalwood on a musky and slightly sweet base and it's a bit creamy, almost milky and powdery at the same time. Do not blind buy it if you don't enjoy fig because fig is very much a dominant part of the blend. I'm usually not the biggest fan of the scent of fig, but the way it's done in this scent is fantastic 😊
Great list 😎 Last time I smelled Dior Homme Intense I was shocked...that I forgot how good it smells because I always likes Dior Homme original more. Now...that's gone and the next obvious choice is this 😎 Thanks both
@@rottenrebels I did, unfortunately I woke up too late. by the time I found out they dis ontonued it, it was already too late, I thought it was going to be there forever 😊 I can still get it from Dior directly...but the rumor has it that it no longer smells the same, I'd rather go for the Parfum instead 😎 For now I find Dior Homme 2020 really good and DHS sublime 😊
Hi Sandra Solomon Fragrance + Rotten Rebel!!!!! I just got my bottle of Dior Homme Parfum. I blind bought this, and I’m not wowed by it. Have you had a chance to smell it? How do you like it vs. Dior Homme Intense? Cheers from Malaysia.
Hi Marvin! I have Dior Homme Parfum (early batch) and I almost love it as much as my Early batch of Dior Homme Intense. I do love DHI (one of my fragrances for life) more than DHP, but both are amazing. 😊
@@rottenrebels Thank you for your feedback. It great that you love both, but i also find myself liking DHI more. DHP just has too much iris which makes it too lipsticky in my opinion. Do you find that to be the case as well?
@@SandraSolomonFragrance Thanks Sandra Solomon Fragrance!!!! (I said it like Rotten Rebel’s intro 😂). Ill give it another try. Maybe its something my nose needs to learn to appreciate.
What about ysl y edp? And chanel de bleu edp? Are they in the list? Are they good for summer and compliments/strangers asking what youre wearing? Thanks 😃
Hi Michael! The projection with my bottle and bottles my friends bought about 3-4 years ago is CRAZY GOOD. Fantastic room filler with 6-8 sprays and an intense scent cloud going about 3-5 meters with about 4 sprays. I do not know the projection and performance of the newer bottles though.. I've been wanting to test it out but I have not done so yet. 🤷♂️ The Manceras I have are quite strong so I get what you are saying.. 😉 To me, on my skin the older bottles of Dior Homme are crazy good. NOT sure about the newer ones, but will try and check it out.. I've Been very curious about any potential changes to the performance.. Hope that helps!
Very nice video guys. Random question have you tried 40 knots by Xerjoff? I would really like to know both Sandra's and your's opinion on it. Especially the drydown.
Hi! I finally tried it out not too long ago but I completely forgot how it smells like (I were trying out a bunch of fragrances at the same time).. I've had quite a few (very positive) comments about it so I will make sure to try it out again soon. Thanks for the reminder 😊👍
@@rottenrebels I tried it also on the paper, same as you, together with bunch of fragrances at the time. And i was not impressed at the first sniff, but i saved a paper. After about half an hour, i was sniffing again all the fragrances on the papers i saved, and then accidentally ran into something wonderful. It was 40 Knots. I know people compare it to Dior's Ambre Nuit which i haven't tried yet (And i know you love it). I was wondering which one you like more. I really really like 40 knots and the drydown is something special. It develops and change like no other scent. While it lasts i pick up so many different notes. And also some similarities with other fragrances (Creed Royal Oud, Xerjoff Naxos and Dior Homme Intense). So if you can, give it a one more try (especially the drydown). I would really like to know your opinion on it, compared to Dior's Ambre Nuit. And ofc, Thank you for answering my comment 😉
@@dzoniwot1096 oh I LOVE Ambre Nuit.. Masterpiece.. So now I really gotta try 40 knots again if it's supposed to be like that one.. 😊 Will let you know.. Thanks!!
Depends how much you like it really. Test it and don’t blind buy then you will know. I have 100nl of the EDP and got the 100nl of the parfum it’s just so good. I love them both and I find them quite different.
Hi Andreas! My comparison of them will go out next week, but contrary to what some people think, I do not feel they are THAT similar. Noir Extreme to my nose is sweeter with that kulfi note and noir extreme parfum is less sweet, still with that kulfi note but with leather. That leather note is quite promiment and actually changes the way it comes across. I do get the similarities, but to me the promiment leather changes things quite a bit. Both are GREAT scents.. Noir Extreme is the one that a lot of people absolutely love and that always pulls in compliments.. The new one is a bit different, but still has that Tom Ford quality and it's a great scent with a focus on leather with the sort of "noir extreme" touch to it. The only bad thing about the new one.. It was pretty damn expensive 🙈
Prada Luna Rossa Black and Tom Ford Ombré Leather are favorites. Lancôme Hypnose is a hidden gem that doesn’t really get any recognition. Please try that.
Hi Chris! Thanks for the suggestion! First time I tried Hypnose I wasn't that impressed, but nowadays I like it a lot. The only issue I had with the bottle I used to have was the performance. Was not the best on my skin. Is it a strong performer nowadays? The scent is great though.. Need to try it again and see if they improved the performance 👍😊
@@rottenrebels I agree. I would love Lancôme to do a Lancôme Hypnose Parfum or Intense to amp up the fragrance. But the scent keeps drawing me back in. It just works very well for me I guess. And it’s never been discontinued. So I guess that’s a good indicator.
@@chrismccall797 I will most likely get a new bottle of it if I can find it a bit cheaper. It's definitely a great scent and like you say, the blend has something unique about it that sort of keeps drawing you in 😊
yes, the original The Most Wanted is a very attractive scent for men: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-aE9j8jNcI-g.html Used to be one of my favorite date night scents and it's a compliment getter.
Y'all don't find v&n to be pretty damn feminine? I own it (I have almost every nishane) but am hesitant to wear it as I feel some might think I'm wearing a women perfume. 😅
I have so many fragrances that - by men - are considered more feminine and I almost always get a compliment when wearing them.. From women. If you like it.. Wear it and OWN IT. 😉 I do want to mention how fantastic it is for layering, especially with other Nishane scents so if you feel like having a bit of layering fun, try layering it with other fragrances for some epic combos 🤩
Have you really tried Antonio Banderas King of Seduction Orginal and the Abosolute! Both very long lasting similar to Invictus Aqua in my opinion! Btw....you guys both rock!
@@rottenrebels 6.7 oz. is less than 30 bucks! Smells a long time like a said until next time you can still smell on your clothes and it is so seductive and sexy in my opinion! You won't be disappointed!
@@rottenrebels Try Blue Seduction first than King of Seduction Absolute! These are the two best in my humble opinion! You will not be disappointed! Blind buy safe!
I recommend getting the big 6.7 oz. cause it's real cheap! I happen to find my big 6.7 oz. of Blue Seduction at Ross Dress for Less for 19 bucks! I got lucky!
Excellent information being disseminated, BUT it would be extremely helpful if you would leave the name of the fragrance that you are discussing on the screen while you are giving us your overview of the product. That way your audience does not have to toggle back and forth to see the name of the fragrance being critiqued. Overall, love the info.
Hi There seduction is a great topic & both your explanation on each fragrance is very informative, but I would not have Tom.Ford Extreme in this category my personal few in this topic would be Jovoy Pavillion Rouge, Amouage Journey Man, Notorious by Aaron Terence Hughes & African leather Memo thank you both
I have not tried it, but I probably had it being mentioned over 20 times in my comments the last few days.. Not sure where all the activity is coming from but some people seem to like it a lot 😊 You recommend it?
I would assume you were talking about the Dior Homme Intense 2011. I thought I heard you mention pear as one of the notes. What are your thoughts between the 2011 and 2007? Also is Sandra expressing her love for these as the smell on her or actually how they smell on a man? I ask because I hear so many women talk about how so many women love certain fragrances that they spell on the women. Well we all know the fragrances smell so much different on a man.
Hi! Always "on a man" unless she states otherwise. It's a video for men. We usually state that - in different ways - throughout our videos. I really don't know the difference between 2011 and 2007 because I only have one of them 😊 Wish I would find a backup bottle of mine.. Love it. In which way do you feel they differ from each other?
@@rottenrebels I am not sure how they might be different. I am seeing both available and showing different fragrance notes. The 2007 is not showing pear and lavender notes. I am very new to the fragrance community but am finding out that the fragrances with Irish, powdery notes work very well with my natural chemical structure. I have not tried either at this time.
Well guys, if you are not rich and if complementing yourself in front of a mirror is enough... well, you just take a shower and be seductive with your intelligence instead. If it doesn't work, she is not worth it and you may smell like a king. It won't matter... For as long as you don't smell like garbage. Great review by the way. No excessive excitement. You are both charming and classy. Ciao, ciao.
@@irfanahmed372 that does sound good.. I love the scent of honey! But how is the oud in it? A lot of Montale fragrances have a sort of "medicinal" or harsh kind of oud that I don't enjoy... is it a smooth oud or one of their more potent ones that have "that" montale oud scent? Thanks..
Hi Hamish! I'm quite happy with the timer as it indicates when we start talking about the next fragrance, but I do appreciate the feedback! So you feel the timer should not indicate when we actually start talking about the next fragrance?
@@rottenrebels nothing wrong w a timer - quite novel actually - though it doesn’t seem to make sense when in some cases the preamble is 40+ seconds before you even say what it is… you may as well say preamble to next fragrance starting in 10, 9, 8… Why don’t you just not preamble and say what the fragrance is, and then talk about it directly? Wouldn’t that have more visual impact? And also speaking directly > indirect. Indirect is like a countdown in itself - hence why I say you’ve actually got a countdown to a countdown A timer counts down to so something and creates anticipation…. Perhaps anticipation of a reveal… Which is then just let down for 40 seconds by indirect preamble. Just food for thought.
@@rottenrebels the top picks here are Pacco rabane and carolina herrera But i smell 1 million more than anything, there is a lot of 212 vip black as well
for me the worst smell ever , smell of lipstick or smell of plastic , smell like a plastic factory . its not even a parfume , how can be a seductive smell if it smell like plastic or lipstick ?
