I reviewed a water atomizer and accidentally atomized my finger. Well, I sorted went for it knowing it would be slightly dangerous. DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME

I have one and I blew some Fog with the Fog Machine into it and some fun stuff happens. The wet Fog helps the dry Fog from the Fog Machine get some weight and helps stay low to the ground. I've also used a fan to help push the Fog to and area. Now if you fill the tub all the way to the edge the cool Fog has nowhere to stay contained and goes straight to the floor. That's where the fan comes in to push it where you want. If you made walls so it falls in a certain area. Like in front of the dry Fog Machine. The dry Fog will push and get mixed in with the wet Fog creating a bigger Fog. 😊

Hi, can you tell what will be the temperature of a close water tank if this starts, suppose the water temperature is 20 Degree Celcius, and after starting it what will be the change in temperature as the tank is fully covered. Thanks in advance.

Emmmm... The thing is pumping energy into the water in the form of vibrations so it will heat it up slightly is my guess.

Hello. A good idea.I want to ask, is it possible to make such an air humidifier from a Langevin radiator? Will there be fog or not? If you know, give me a website? Thank you.
@BeatTheBushDIY
@BeatTheBushDIY 10 месяцев назад
Quick google shows a Langevin transducer has a large mass at the end which means it has a lower vibration frequency. A typical one goes at 36kHz while humidifiers run at 1-2Mhz. Still, if you hit it hard enough, perhaps it will atomize with enough energy input.
@reconnaissance7372
@reconnaissance7372 26 дней назад
Just so everyone knows, you're supposed to use RODI water with these because the water you use is aeresolized and yes you breath it, and if you use unfiltered water, you're also aerosolizing bacteria, metals and particulates that get breathed in and could be bad for health.
@topofthefoodchainz3665

This would be great for targeting “spider mites” with a pesticide instead of water!!!
@BeatTheBushDIY
@BeatTheBushDIY Год назад
Interesting but you better wear ample breathing protection when aerosolizing pesticides.

Can someone suggest any power supply replacement? i bought one without the original power supply and I have found that they need a voltage transformer for US outlets. Do you have any advice?
@BeatTheBushDIY
@BeatTheBushDIY 3 месяца назад
You just need it to output the right voltage and amperage for the power supply. It does use a water sealed socket so using a non-manufacturer one might not work well.

What are you growing, mushroom's? I cant see needing that much humidity in a normal grow room. Seedlings only need about 70% and flowering stages don't actually much of any, excessive humidity is just gonna cause other issues like fungal diseases.

@@bmxrider8188 In what climate do you live that requires a 400w humidifer to maintain +30% for veg an flowering phases? Even when i lived in Clark county NV in the middle of a desert, it didn't take much to maintain a 170 square foot grow room. Hell Hydroponic and soil evaporation was generally more then enough to keep it within 50%. The only time i have seen high wattage humidifiers used was quite literally for growing mushrooms in large grow tents.

The water gets hot if you run it for a while. I'm curious on what happens if your through in some Dry Ice 🧊🤔
@KickYouInTheThroat
@KickYouInTheThroat 7 месяцев назад
if you have a closed space, carbon dioxide poisoning. dry ice based DIY coolers are literal death traps. However, if you make a DIY mist maker and hook up the water line with a plunge to refill it automatically, the fresh water being introduced helps regulate temps.

Can you use this to make a 3d fake fire for a realistic electric fireplace ?
@BeatTheBushDIY
@BeatTheBushDIY Год назад
Probably not. You need a fan to flap that flame fabric. This only blows vaporized water.
@baladar1353
@baladar1353 Год назад
Sir Jefferson, it's a pleasure for me to greet You here. Let me guess you may want to use the contraption from the video to make some fog in a tranparent sided chamber, and project some lights through the fog. Varying/manipulating the lights and/or the fog in the chamber may give you the desired effects, however you may want to separate the light sources from the fog chamber for security reasons. Although distilled water does not conduct electricity, it's recommended to isolate the light sources from water, especially the wires and the connections leading to them (because even if you use distilled water, it can pick up and dissolve dirt or contaminations from the chamber or the equipment).

If fish jumps and lands on the drivers, they'll likely die from the energy. So I feel it should have a protective grill around it for fish safety.

I wonder, if you had a waterfall reservoir and spillway above the pond, maybe you could put this in that reservoir since there is no fish up there? Then the fog could fall down onto the pond

The third was just recently and it was this same model , it didn't make it even a month. These things use so much wattage not to mention 45 volts or more, and I think they have a design flaw and just can't handle the power they pump into these things. Be warry of them.@@BeatTheBushDIY
