I've took a moment to read all these comments before i doze off to sleep from this beautiful scenery once again for a second week watching this and i've come to think these people who are writing these are lonely just like most of us. They are going through rough times but in the moment they are putting others before themselves and it's a beautiful thing and a generous kind thing to do but sometimes we all just need self-love. Right now, i'm being hard on myself when i mess up but we all make mistakes. Nobody is perfect and nobody will be. Were all different and thats amazing. Your perfect in somebodys eyes. I swear to you, and everybody is perfect in the eyes of god. Godbless you all, and have a goodnight. Nobody is perfect and no one will be. If your thinking ur life sucks and u wanna end your life, please don't. I've felt that way too and its very negative. But i just like to take a nap to these videos and appreciate all the good things or listen to music and lay down and think happy thoughts even when its hard i still try. So, goodnight and get well rested. Everyday is a new day, a new day means another opportunity to be a great person again. God loves you and i do too and were both proud of u, keep pushing.

My soon to be Husband was in a car wreck last week. It was bad. He is hurting so badly. For the past week I've been playing this video on repeat at night and at times during the day to drown out the noise of the hospital and to help calm him while he is in so much pain he can barely breath. I was with my husband at his physical therapy rehab facility today. He’s recovering from a traumatic brain injury. A similar video to the is one was playing in the P/T room so I wheeled husband in and we sat in front of big screen and it’s the most peaceful he’s been in ages. I couldn’t tear him a way not even for dinner. He was so disappointed when they had to lock everything up for the evening. I promised him I would find it in my laptop and bring it tomorrow. Brain injuries are very confusing because they lose a lot of themselves and are very confused and scared. This has been the greatest. Thanks you !

This is our go to for bedtime now. My 4 year old never last even 5 minutes. It’s as if his body automatically knows what to do. My 9 year old now uses it as well. So relaxing.

This helps my toddler as well. When it’s nap time he Leads asks now for the fishy’s. Not to mention he’s learned quite a few fish species. If my paw paw lays down too he’s usually sleep before grandbaby❤

Yes it is very soothing and relaxing to the mind indeed. I don't own a fish🐟tank , but I know someone that does and we both love to just gaze off into it. Fish are very beautiful and colorful.

I have huge issues with sleeping and my anxiety hits in the worst moments and these videos help me to calm down a lot. I love nature and all of the ocean creatures. I have been studying and learning about them. Ocean is a beautiful place.
