Half the cost of your foundation, ndio na budget kujengea retirement home for parent iishe, completely geshagi. Sina hata bob but God will provide na itaisha in jesus name this year.
Loving this becoz am currently constructing at Kitengela a 5 bedrooms all ensuite retirement home I am so happy to walk this journey..it is a long challenging journey but rewarding
I think she's not happy coz the owners are getting some materials themselves from their friends which will not benefit them bt it's an advantage to the owners
@@maishjunior4651 that's not right. The big picture here is marketing. Dina is now known amd this guys will get sponsorship from construction companies. Watch this space.
As much as people enjoy watching don't forget all this is business strategy- The cost is exaggerated for profit purposes on those who will build with the said team... Kwa ground vitu ni different... Take key points on what's needed then find someone else to do your project and with the amount they are mentioning you will finish your house , furnish it , make a house party with all your friends and relative's and still have enough left for a honeymoon to Dubai... Don't believe what you see from Kenyan celebrities they preach preach Wine but drink Keg ...
Nothing sweet than being young and watching this. The challenge is worth the hardwork. Im more than motivated to build my own plot. Been following since first episode.
This Duo is such Friendship n Brotherhood Goals👏👏👏...Weuh mm hapo kwa Foundation na Dirisha nimesimamia hapo.. 12 Million Bungalow aah hizi nyumba sio mchezo.👍👍
I love this program.... QS explanation was so clear... and Dinnah is so amazingly humble and professional. As for Alex and Jalas.... jenga kwa mwamba 🤣🤣🤣🤣
AMAZING GUYS, YOU REAL INSPIRE ME TOWARDS BUILDING A HOME, I DONT HAVE MONEY SINCE I AM A STUDENT BUT I CAN VIVIDLY SEE THAT BEAUTIFUL HOME OF MINE ON A NEAR FUTURE. KEEP THE SPIRIT BURNING OF INSPIRING GENERATIONS. 💪💪💪💪💪💪💪
Hello Alex&Jalas, up there kwa kuchoma nyama, also consider having a patio shade cover. There is automatic (motorized) ones, with a press of a button, to mitigate too much sun or rainy days when you still want to enjoy the view.
hehehehh already jalas and alex are doubting the 12M budget, this people seem to be a bit high ................ lakini hii kitu mnataka ma sponsors and you want to promote certain companies mkubali tu 12M hahahhahhaha what to do , hii ni kenya
but guys, alex asked a good question but it was never answered!!! He asked, "When you want to build a house, unaeza suggest mtu anunue shamba mahali kama gani?"25:47 minute. which is the best soil?
Red soil is okay if you are privileged enough to find it, in an area with sewer line rocky place is very much preferred but a Biodigester doesn't work in a rocky place, doing a septic becomes expensive for substantial size.
Hi Guys I love the guys ave been following Alex na Jalas since radio Maisha.... This is the best show ever I love QS explaining everything in details.... am following up with every episode mpaka mwisho I might join you on the way but its still early now...

Love the idea of this series. We did something similar and built a dream bungalow facing Mount Kenya for 5 Million in 13 weeks. Whole process compressed to a 15 min video
Woow this is nice. Thank you for taking us through every step , it's very educative. This guys are hilarious. Thank you Alex and Jalas for keeping us updated.
We appreciate the panel you creating. Kindly pass the details of your architect. As a diaspora group will give her a go, will get back to you after outcome
Go for BLUE TRINGLE or BAMBURI cement are best for mjengo and building construction...mimi munipe job ya store-vigilant cement isiibiwe...pia nitafanya prayers yakuanzisha the project
Jalaas.....its called breakfast Nook sio MOOK...😂😂....you guys are hilarious..But very educative. a light hearted way of teaching people the building process.
