They have this lofty and exalted use of cliches and language, but I guarantee if you are actually around these people for a good amount of time, they will be EXHAUSTING. No absolutes in one's life would be insane, because nothing that person says or does can be trusted.
Kennedy has some kind of voice problem (I forget the name of it) where his voice suddenly goes out or sounds like he's having a difficult time talking. The person in the video sounds like she probably has the same health issue.
