Nice list, surprised Skyrim isn't on there. Dragon Quest Builders 2 is a good one too, No Man's Sky once they fix multiplayer would be unlimited possibilities type of game. Sniper Elite 4 is near perfect.

You've absolutely glazed TotK with rose-tinted glasses. It has excellent mechanics but its storytelling is BY FAR its weakest point. Definitely not "unparalleled" as you describe it. Which games makes you view essentially linear cutscenes in a non-linear order and makes them optional? I'm referring to Zelda's tears. And character building is non-existent except for Zelda who had a great job. Link is link. The other characters in the world have forgotten about him (wink wink on worldbuilding here too). Even the Koroks dont remember him. But the biggest crime are the champions in this game. They have the SAME exact post-dungeon cutscenes. How lousy is that?! I absolutely loved BotW. It was a perfect game. But TotK I cannot defend. They focused all in on the mechanics and rushed the rest. Don't get me started on how lackluster the sky and depths are. Not throwing digs at you but I'd love for you to refute the above to prove me wrong saying it's still 10/10. The rest of the list is fine
