More effective is having some goose/geese in your garden. Snake doesn't like the goose droppings - it has some sulphur inside which can keep snake away.
Or grow a lot of garlic around these trees bcoz snakes will never come near these trees. Besides, you can have your own stock of garlic throughout the year. Watch the yt video "the snake and garlic. Thankfully we don't have any kind of snakes where I live but in the lakes, yes. Thanks for the video, I didn't really enjoy watching those yucky snakes but did learn a lot where they can comfortably park themselves.
Lemongrass; So, on a tip a few years ago, I bought lemongrass seeds and started them in my kitchen window. Gradually, they grew so big I put them in a three gallon pot. Because we are a Grow Zone 4, they can only go outside during summer, the rest of the time live in a sunny window. Like a grass, I cut them three times a year, then dry the clippings to make tea. In summer, the pot goes in the center of my 12’x12’ container garden. It keeps pests away! This is now year three of having my pot of lemongrass. It does require grooming after summer before coming inside, and needs about two cups of fresh soil because plants eat soil, lol! I fertilize with Miracle Grow when first put outside with the rest of my garden. Each year I’ve noticed the grass blades get longer. Yes, it is a warm weather grass, and does not like to go below 60F.
A friends garden having loads of lemon grass around the house, and she took photo that a snake is crawling in the middle of the lemon grass. So I now doubt it, if this works 😳
I have never killed snakes who entered my garden. I call the forest trained boys who have on several occasions caught baby cobra, python, Russell's Vipers and quite often non venomous snakes as I am unable to distinguish between a poisonous and non poisonous 🐍 snake. I lost 3 of my beloved pets so far to suspected snake bites as they died vomiting blood
Hi edagdwg God is always around pay attention to what you do in your garden bugs are blessed to keep other things away from us life is sooooo real thanks for sharing this special video a fan Linda j.peace
Bhai modi ki mimicry kar ke apne aap ko modi ke brabar dekhte ho, bhai aap kejriwal ki raah par ho, modi ke against bolkar aur unke against nomination karke sasti lokpriyata chahiye. Agar politics main aana hai, neta banna hai to ground par kaam karo aur khulkar unhe challange karo.
Garlic is mainly a winter crop. No snakes. I watched an Eastern Brown Snake hunting frogs through my garden. Maturing onions, basil and marigolds didn't bother it. And how do you keep snakes away from areas that aren't planted with "repellant" plants?
I have had coachwhips laying across my onion beds. I’m calling bs. Plus, I have loads of marigolds and lemongrass. I also grow garlic, basil, chives, garlic chives, and golden barrel cactus grows naturally out here. I would only plant these things if y’all want, but do not plant thinking it will keep snakes away.
I appreciate your useful video. I’m going to plant all those plants bc sadly.I got to many Copperhead and cottonmouth snacks.around my property. Thank you

Garder snakes are welcome in my yard. They eat the pests that eat my plants and they are completely harmless. They also catch and eat more mice than my cat.😂
The point is, why drive snakes away, unless you know you have pit vipers, like cottonmouth, or rattle snakes. Snakes need to live too. My sis has rattle snakes in her yard. But I don’t . I like snakes. They go after rodents, and are harmless.
I try to save them when I can but when they show up in my cellar i’m not such a fan. I’ve had four I think they’re just garden snakes in my garden already this year. And that’s only the ones I’ve seen I have cats and they kind of take care of the issue anything that moves they’re on it!

Ah venomous, poisonous or ones that strangle. Because you know protecting the life of you, your family and your animals. You can't pick and choose which to attract or deter. It is smarter to deter all unless you don't have anyone to protect.
