Except for the tale about Ravana, all others seem correct. Never knew about Kalutara bodiya. Kalutara is the gateway to the gem country of Ratnapura. The Moroccans, who are excellent seafarers, went there for millenia in their boats to buy gems. They may have used that wealth to capture the Spanish empire, too. Humans may not have fully understood the power of various particles coming from heaven, especially at dusk and down. However, Sri Lanka's ancestors may have had some idea; hence the taboos.
