amazing sculpt and amazing detail in the clothing. when you were moving him around, it looked like a giant moving harrison ford around. it would make a great stunt double for him in the movies. great review, from seeing how nice their terminator figures are i would expect nothing less from side show.
I just bought this figure off Amazon and really like it. The only thing is that I think the magnet on the whip strap had come off at some point. Is there anywhere you can find a replacement magnet? I mean I could always display the whip being held in his hand. But would like to have the option to hang the whip from his belt too.
+Linkman247 I have had a problem with the magnet too, mine is not strong enough anymore. I also lost the small piece that the gun holster flap snaps over. I think Sideshow didn't have their quality control at 100% when they shipped these. I bought some earth magnets to replace them and i will do that soon. They can be bought online or at hobby or embroidery shops. They come in various sizes and are very strong.
Ray's Reviews Thanks for the tip. What glue would you recommend to use for fastening them to leather? Would superglue work or just regular hot glue? Or is there some kind of specialty glue to avoid a reaction?
I always use glue for hard plastic/model building. Avoid the glues that chemically bonds surfaces together as that damages your item. I have used that crap once on the fists of a G1 Optimus Prime figure when i was a kid to thicken the posts and they nearly melted.
+olaf espinoza Try eBay or specialty stores that sell collectables. There are more versions coming from Hot Toys and Sideshow but they charge a lot more now than they did in the day that i got this figure.
