Who will buy those high end condominiums. If costly buildings are there, rich buyer lines should also be their. Both these two aspects run side by side in synchronised way, such that neither could get too far leaving the other far behind. Is it like, that Bengal economy too find a splendid boost like those splendid apartments. If not, then there is nothing exhilarating mere in those building construction ventures. Business ventures if not meticulously planned often back fires, blowing up the visionary baloon.
@@BengalWithRohit you are telling Bengal people have money. Well ! Does the state really provides for earning to its people at such high level ? As far as I know there is no exuberant earning potentials in this state. Because, industries said good by to the state long ago. Havoc business provisions too unlikely there, since industry and business are the twin brothers, if exist both will be there, or not neither will be available. Yes, few Central projects are still going on in this state like the forelone hope which may have squandered some reaches to the people of the state, like the Metro projects, Railway projects, High-way projects like the Kalyani Express-way, NH-34 etc., Air-port & Dock Yard renovations etc. Which projects saved the state a little bit from being the fully developmental arid-zone and to keep up face.

Correct me if I am wrong. As far as my knowledge goes WB is one of the least industrialised provinces of India. Other than residential high rises complexes how these huge buildings will be sustained, we wonder. Even more residential high rises will be difficult to sustain as most of the money that one section of population used to transfer through hundi from Bangladesh to Kolkata is waning fast as some of the "raghob boyals" including PK Haldar have been recently caught red handed.
Brother it seems that you don’t have any knowledge about west bengals economy and india’s economy as well... wb is the least industrialised part of india ??? 😂😂😂 where are you from bro??
@@BengalWithRohit If you read carefully you will find that what I have said in my text. I have said, and I quote, " .... WB is one of the least industrialised provinces of India". To be more specific, industrial sector contributes only 16% to your PGDP. Sevice sectors contribute the most - 64%. The rest is from agriculture. Only Odissa, Bihar, jharkhand and UP contributes less than WB to their Provincial GDP (PGDP). As far my knowledge goes, Indian economy has shrunken by 6.4% and will shrunk next year as well. That is why I suspect how these sky scrappers will be sustained. Since Bangladesh economy has grown by only 3.8% this financial due to the pandemic, I was wondering how service sector of WB(Kolkata in the main) will grow as Bengali people from Bangladesh has stopped shopping and availing medical services and others spending multi million dollars every year. Poor economic returns have minimized transferring multiple of million dollars through hundi by a section of people who earns in Bangladesh but transfer 80% of their income to family members in Kolkata and also buy apartments in Kolkata. The new illegal migrants from India who number at least one million in Bangladesh, however, are continuing to send 6-7 billion dollars annually as garments sector is reviving after deep slumber during early and middle months of 2020. Some actions have been taken recently against the hundi sending thugs reducing transfer of money from Bangladesh to Kolkata. Money transfer through over invoicing and under invoicing has also reduced as overall formal trade transactions have waned recently between Bangladesh and India.
there are already many high rise buildings in kolkata, commercial and residential and they all have been doin very good. That is why many more such projects are under construction and planned for future. Nobody wants to invest crores if they don't see any profit. talking about industrialisation, Kolkata is among the top cities in india. check your facts first. Many IT companies were in kolkata and they are expanding and many other big names in IT sector are too opening their campuses and offices here.
@@ziaushshams8840 India is facing soo many problems for 2 crore bangladeshi people. Otherwise, Bangladeshi people are only helping in medical sectors of India couse they don't have good hospitals. Otherwise , No bangladeshi people cannot buy any apartment in Kolkata or other city of India without indian citizenship. Otherwise I have seen some bangladeshi people wearing lungi are begging in Howrah station and in some streets of Bangalore.
