I like the hair brushing one.i can never tame my wild hair in the morning and usually end up pulling it back in an awful, low ponytail so it wont show.but now i know that if i brush it at night,it will be easier to style in the morning and i wont have to wear it in an awful ponytail.thank you so much!god bless.
The pencil trick actually works for certain types of headaches. Tension or pressure headaches, specifically. I use it whenever I get this sort of headache and it really helps.
OMG I do a lot of these! I’ve always shower at night I just feel more relaxed and so clean when I crawl in the sheets. I love evening walk I really miss it in the winter. I keep a gratitude journal I write at night. When I was in college I would do a recap of all my studies and go to bed with plenty of hours to sleep. My roommate do the opposite she study all night over a computer screen and get an F on her exams I just go over my notes and go to bed and get As and Bs. That’s proof
You hit the 10M milestone! I've been waiting for this day for such a long and I'm so proud! Wow, Brighties! You have gone so far! Support all the way from London👌🏾❤️👏🏾
Still do not understand how often you guys upload, I never know what to expect from this channel except that I will enjoy the content. I strive for quality over quantity too. Keep it up

Usually 4:430 diner , a tepid shower at 5:30 and a 2 hour cool down before bed usually helps . My windows are hard to open, so I open the door with the AC blowing through the house. I like a cool , dark room , classical music, occasionally a wellness tea with valerian. I need to have a coping mechanism for the “ stressful teenager “ in my life. I’m 47 and it’s hard to get things accomplished and finished before bed. I try to have my K-Cup ready to brew in the morning, I like to have a little water before bed, and as long as I have my makeup choices picked out at night , I don’t have to think about it in the morning. I wear a uniform for my job , so picking out clothes is a no brainer . Sometimes if I have the time in the morning, I’ll do a few stretches.
I have read that a garlic clove under the pillow helps you sleep because of the sulphur etc . I have tried it for the last 4 nights.... and so far.. so good...!
That was too funny! I had to pause and share it! You were talking about airing out your room at night instead of in the morning. And, it occurred to me that I have been living in the desert too long. I live in Tucson, AZ where people just do not air out rooms. It is always either too hot, or too cold. It is insane! But, when I thought back, I remember being able to air out rooms. Perspective, eh? :o)
This is so weird I already do almost all the stuff they mentioned. My night time routine is this: After dinner air out the living rm & Kitchen of food smells. Make coffee while I do my dishes for the next morning. Take out the trash and recycling, and a quick stroll through the neighborhood and do some star gazing, check the mail or go through it, shred junk mail. I’ll go grocery shopping if needed. If not a quick 30 min workout, take a hot shower. Make my lunch for the next day and have a fruity dessert usually 1- 2 kiwis or 1/2 lightly ripe banana (freeze or refrigerate other half for morning or as a snack) or 1 serving of asparagus or brussel sprouts. By this time coffee is lukewarm so I can chill it for the morning and drink as a cold brew or a another time. I’ll make two drinks one for the evening and the other for the next day. My green tea at night and another for the morning. Sometimes I reheat it in the morning but usually have it cold to go. I drink hot liquids at night and cold in the morning I find it helps me wake up faster when I have a cold glass of water in the morning than something hot. Then pick out my outfit for the next day. This way I have more time in the morning b/c all I do in the morning is do my morning stretches 10-15 mins, quick cardio 15 mins cold rinse shower 5, get dressed 5 and leave w/my drink & lunch. All of which only takes less than hr. If I already meal prepped earlier in the week the night before I make my plans for the day the evening before. The only thing I do differently than the video suggests is I don’t read at night. For me reading actually is a stimulation and I can’t fall asleep however I will watch something familiar/ favorite TV episode or listen to a favorite podcast and because I’m not anticipating what I’m watching or listening to and it helps me to fall asleep faster.
My before bed ritual is quite weird , that is I always stay up doing stuff like listening to music or watching RU-vid or other random stuff at least for 1 hour and then I can sleep It's probably cuz I'm a night owl
I always knew that taking a hot shower or bath at night is a way to go. But I should really start planning my lunch and my clothes the night before so that I am not in a rush when I wake up in the morning. I think this is what I should do from now on.
I switched from showering at night to morning. I actually have more energy to wake up and tackle the day; when I showered at night, I was groggy and sluggish much longer.
Great channel! Here's a suggestion to improve your videos: lower or cut out the background music. It makes it harder to focus on the content of the videos.
My Routine: Take a shower, analyze the day, planning the next day, rest 15min in my massage chair and jumping in a warm bed after i closed my window. Easy 18h sleep :D
6:50 what about turning your brightness all the way down or getting a device that can reduce blue light after a certain time (night light mode)? I'm actually curious now; how well do these things work?
I never bought that habit of showering in the morning. I only do it if the night was very hot. Shower at night, because that's when I'm soiled and it doesn't make sense going to bed like that.
I like to read before going to bed it really helps me sleep well. I sometimes read from a book and sometimes my kindle. I turn off the computer 2 hours before I go to bed on most nights.
I read my bible when iam about to go to sleep and my husbands likes to play angry birds right beside me and we share the bed with a husky and a cat i wish i can open the window, but thats impossible my cat will run away. Haha other wise love night walks so relaxing , by the way thank you do much for sharing , thus wonderful video hello from Canada 🇨🇦 🇨🇦💕Blessings to everyone .
One thing that is not in the video is mentioning lighting. I have different lighting in my apartment my bedroom is an extra soft white light no more than 40 watts in each bulb and I have 2 lamps in the corner away from my bed. My living room is a soft white light 60-75 Watts, my kitchen and bathroom are the brightest at 80 and LED lighting. Dim lighting helps w/falling asleep. So when you think about it as you get closer to bedtime your lighting should get dimmer.
Walking does wonders after a meal. Whenever there is a big holiday dinner, I clean up the entire kitchen. It helps burn off that mean. I pack the food and wash all the dishes. It helps
I always like to exercise a bit before I go to bed, it gets your mind and body super tired, and makes you want to sleep!! Also, you should make a video of tips for people who just CAN NOT lose wait (really high matabalizm)
brushing at night good bcz fermentation actually take place when we do not frequently consume food and water and leaving bacteria cause your tooth decay
I generally make an attempt to read or work in my puzzle books. I've been on the same page in my book and on the same puzzle for almost a month, I keep falling asleep doing them! So, mission accomplished with helping myself get to sleep-but it's starting to annoy me that I can't get past my place in the book, or get a puzzle worked. Even if I try them in the daytime I fall asleep. I think my body is just programmed to go to sleep when I start to do either of these two things. I thought at first it may have to do with sitting still, but I can sit still doing other things (knitting, watching tv, watching YT videos) without falling asleep.
Its the worst getting up at night when ur thirsty or hungry bc u gotta watch ur every step make sure the creaks arnt loud especially on a school day if ur parents wake up i feel srry for u
Airing out your room in the morning is the best as everything slows down during night, meaning all the dust and dirt will sink to the ground making air flow before the chaos of the next day starts the best.
It’s 5.15am right now in London, I always tend to be awake all night and sleep during the day. Although I do Love 💕 to sleep 💤! We will be a ‘Long Time Dead’?! Let’s Enjoy 😉 Life, While we can Guys??!! Much Love 💖 Greenwich SE10
I never air out my room. I do a lot of this thing before bed. I find that reading makes me more stressed out because I can't read well. Every night before bed I try to hypnotize myself. When I do I feel much better in the morning.
