@@braydenseaman251 Silo has a lot of airsoft, but I wouldn't call him a real collector. He just has a lot because he gets a lot of material for his videos. Collectors are people who specialize in one thing. Some only collect Tokyo Marui, some only collect very rare kit conversions (Prime, Zeke, etc) and some collect GBBs that are close to the original.

My fav is honestly the channels thab post like full match footage with minimal editing. They are great for helping people get an idea of how a field plays or how an event plays and can tell you what gamemodes a specific field plays and how they are often played
Yes but to be fair cheating is usually a sub-plot at every airsoft day unless you are lucky. People like watching cheater videos in the same fashion that they like police arrest videos. If people didnt casually CHEAT so much, and if fields were able to chase cheaters (money) away more often, the videos would indeed be less popular.
Making thumbnails and titles that attract people without becoming malicious clickbait can be tricky. I suck at photo editing and I judge my titles pretty harshly so it’s a struggle sometimes.
Valiant, iiAnferny, 4UAD, and Your Channel are my go-to channels for airsoft content on RU-vid. I think I indulge way more into instagram than youtube when it comes to airsoft content
Have to say that 4UAD is one of the most professional channels I've seen. It's amazing how they actually set a well organized testing system and are able to explain the detailed working mechanism of bbs
We belong in the same cathegory as you do and it certainly bites the channel in the ass... We've been around for quite some time and made content so different from each other that view and follower count is a rollercoaster. Still good to see everyone has his or her favorite. The main channels and types of airsoft tubers I watch are the Airsoft Tech RU-vidr, The Knowledgeable Airsoft Reviewer, The Unofficial Pro Airsofter, and the I Upload Whatever I Want RU-vidr. I watch videos from all the people you listed in these channels as well as watching your own great content as I find you also give out some great information for all types of player from newcomer to seasoned pro and you have always given me good pointers on what to do to be a better player, and my go to channels for tech help are Negative Airsoft and TheAirsoftTech.
I feel that I catagorize myself as a"I upload wahtever I want youtube." I would love to post reviews when I can, but I don't really have the equiptment for it.
I just upload as a side hobby but found this to be very interesting, definitely learned something watching this. Keep bringing us your fantastic content.👍

My favorite kind of airsoft youtuber is the maintenance and repair guide guy. That guy keeps you in the game. Especially that one specific guy who put out the super in depth ASG Scorpion EVO maintenance guide. Also, this probably isn't a youtuber, but whoever is releasing 3D print files for airsoft gun parts, they're legends.
I personally like the review type of airsoft youtuber. Like Airsoft Mike or even the older ones that you mention. For exampel i want to buy a new airsoft replica. But i don't find a lot of info about the thing i want to buy on the web. So i search up in youtube airsoft + the replica name + review. Hopefully getting the info i need and if i should buy it or not. It also has been saving me some money from time to time 😅 Btw love your channel and videos like this one. I watch for the variety you cover each base and that’s what keeps me watching. I love your reviews of guns but I also love watching countdowns anything you post keeps me interested. you are one of the reasons I got into this hobby .

Haha, I was like, hmmm, I fit in a few categories and then 11. came along. Yup, I do believe I'm in that one. I also do think it's the most fun to watch channels like that because of the variety of content and you also can follow along in the mind of the content creator.
I always loved Valiant and Storm's funny moment video. Showing that airsoft is really fun and full of shenanigans and not all that serious if you just play for fun. What made me love airsoft
I love dump channels, love watching them and talking to them, it's also way more realistic to what a normal person would experience and not a "airsoft milsim in Cuba"
I actually would like to see USAirsoft became a react channel, channeling interesting Airsoft content creators,would be handy since now yt algorithm is so bad that you need to actively search for good content.

Love the OG Levelcap reference. Wish he still made airsoft content. He seemed to enjoy airsoft, and I believe was one of the 1st heavily sponsored airsoft youtubers. There was a lot of potential there. Also wish WAG made gameplay and build videos still. His channel changed to a different demographic than me, but no hate. Still subscribed.
Not hate to wag, but I unsubscribed. I cared initially about learning from him when it came to different kinds of airsoft builds that I haven't seen covered, his newer content is very casual and barely related to the game itself as its played. Nothing wrong with it, and obviously it's still airsoft content, but I like watching people play and make builds more than I like watching a bunch of collections of different stuff at extreme ends of the gear spectrum.
@@BombShot Yep I get it. I remember way back watching a video of him and I think his brother talking about how they want to grow the channel into a business and work the algorithm. Looks like he found a way and actually executed his plan. I have seen WAG in person (he's tall AF and I am 6 feet tall lol) at my local field so I'm kind of keeping tabs of his channel out of a curiosity. But I never really watch the videos since they are targeted towards kids/casuals. I think he still likes airsoft, just trying to make a career from his channel.

Dude if it weren’t for Silo I probably wouldn’t even have played airsoft or heard about it. Although I don’t watch as many of his videos now, they still hold a place in my heart.
Reapers Airsoft is honestly one of the best review channels out there. :D His Reviews go up to 2 hours and he literally disassebles the whole gun to check everything in detail.
LOL thats awesome, (Dump channel) I started out as a dump channel where I didn't really care about editing much and just showing videos to friends. Then I started getting a massive support from the airsoft community in my area and now I host events, do reviews/unboxing and put a little more time into making videos. You do you brother! Your content is exceptional and recommend your channel all the time! I wouldn't consider myself a "RU-vidr" but I will say it's a definite struggle to get the views and/or subs on my team's channel with intense gameplay without all the other bs. Having said that, even without the massive views and subs, when we show up to a field or a big event we immediately get recognized. Which feels awesome!

It goes back and forth depending on what video. Sometimes I’ll add goofy censors, other times more “professional” ones. I have a whole folder filled with censor options from different TV shows.

the sad part about the controversy baiter calling staff names or even just leaving an untrue negative review is a kid who is just joining the "sport" might see that and decide not to go to an amazing field that really is friendly and filled with good staff
