I had a major surgery this year so my go-to-planner for health and fitness this year is going to be The Weeks Mega or Weeks. I have never had one before. But I am so inspired to use the Weeks every day to plan my meals and track my health and diagnostics. ❤❤❤
I'm a newbie here and I'm loving it!!! I have used a cousin for years as my main planner, but I don't need something that big any longer. My 2025 line-up will be my cousin for my Bible study, and I'm going to try out the weeks for on-the-go and a B6 Common Planner Vertical for my main planner. I'm also setting up a A6 ring planner for a reference notebook with things I don't want to have to repeat in all notebooks or carry over every year - like grid layouts, planner sizes, family info, etc. Thanks for the inspiration!
One thing I would add to a puppy or kitten journal is paw prints. It's hard remember how small their paws were at 8 weeks compared to now. (Hand prints or tracings of your kids!)💕🌞🌵😷
I received some health diagnoses the last few months. More than one issue. Since then I’ve decided to revamp my entire food intake and exercise plans. I have this exact weeks with the liberty fabric. I have lists of Whole Foods and plants that I can and will be eating. I’m tracking my blood glucose and my weight. Tracking water also. In the back I have lists of what vitamins and minerals come from which foods and how much I need daily of each. I’m waiting to get into a holistic Dr that I saw a couple of years ago… I want him to oversee the changes I’m making and direct me. My word is NOURISH. I am also making a cousin into my spiritual health and Bible and prayer journal. I have a second cousin for every day memory keeping.
One thing that helped me recover is to not own the illness. Instead of owning: I am a diabetic... Project: I am recovering from diabetes... or whatever. Praying for your speedy recovery. My word for next year might be healed! 💕🌞🌵😷
Not sure if I’m going to get the Hobonichi weeks or Penny Pages Pennichi that’s similar, but fewer extras and on a spiral. I think I’m going to use it for meal plan/shopping and some health/wellness tracking.
