I finally made an appointment to get looked at for scleral lenses a week from today. I have dry eye I think due to getting laser surgery PRK in one eye and LASIK in the other 25 years ago. I found out about scleral lenses maybe a year ago but the cost and doubts of whether they work held me back. Now I’m seeing those doubts maybe are well founded. I have no idea if my dry eye is due to evaporating fluid 😅.

How to tell if evaporating tears?

What a dumb talk. Can’t wear sclerals if you have evaporative dry eye which can’t be fixed..
