I always thought the reason for a hollow tip was to stop the threat and deliver the entire amount of energy into the threat and to give it a better chance not to go through the threat and possibly injure an innocent behind the bad guy. ( That being said in self defense one must always know what is behind the target) I heard somewhere the reason army uses full metal jacket is bc they are not only trying to stop the threat but threats plural meaning the people behind the threat bc usually they are not just after the one person but several bad gyes. That is not to say there is no practicality in civilians using full metal jacket I firmly believe there are situations that call for it like multiple threats, and target shooting etc. I do not believe the soul reason for hollow tips is to kill people but to keep others safe in a self defense situation in only stopping the threat.
I think FMJ was dictated by Geneva convention....also wounding a soldier actually takes him and a buddy or two out of the game...they have to transport him back to safety...meaning they are not an immediate threat to you....
I don't think I heard my Father יהוה s name once, but I guess if you extend the meaning to invoking His presence or likeness, I can agree. I also never understood why people used phrases like that so casually...
